0ur TV blew in an electrical storm. The consultant gave us a range of options and helped us replace the TV and old electrical strip. We had the Geek Squad install a new TV, a surge protector, and replace a DVD player with a Blue-Ray player.

Our advisor helped us not only with our order but also was extremely helpful with resolving the install fiasco that we unfortunately had to endure with our wall oven.

I had two problems solved. 1. My wi fi signal was not strong enough in my living room for streaming movies successfully. 2. I needed three remotes to operate the tv, blue ray and cable. The consultant recommended two changes that fixed both problems.
