I was needing help with my wireless network and my consultant came out and was very knowledgeable about what we needed to have done at our house.

I needed help re the workings of a smart TV - altho the tech was helpful, I am still doubtful of the product - there are some features that are not easy - I hesitate to return the item because I do not have the original packaging - and do not have the knowledge to wipe out connection information provided at the installation - I am not totally satisfied with the product.

Right on time and very careful with my fridge!!! Explained all the features and help with set-up as well. Very respectful and courteous!
