Yesterday, we were supposed to have an in home consultation and tech support visit with our home consultant and two technicians from the Geek squad. The geek squad showed up and were very helpful as far as things went. They were intelligent, well versed in how to repair and/or debug the equipment. However our home consultant never showed up so we were unable to explore new solutions for areas where his solutions to our requirements fall short of what we agreed upon in our consultations. I asked for simplification. What we've gotten is more high tech and complicated which will require more attention and interaction with the Geeks squad - using up both their and our time

The installation was done in a professional manner and and it was done in a timely manner. I was called and emailed to confirm the installation day and time. Everything works great.
