We moved into a new home and needed our tech mounted above the fireplace. We also wanted to install a new system on the guest room. Eric was very nice and helpful. His install date was delayed due to staffing. When installers came to the home, they did not need all that was ordered and paid for. The special remote was not on the order and took tech 1.5 hours to correctly install and to get sound due to this. Left with mess of cords not anticipated and had to hire another guy to finish
