Our home consultation seemed to be great at first. We needed a new washer and dryer. Our consultant measured and we decided on a good fit. We needed a dryer that could be vented from the side due to limited space. (This would allow us to open the dryer door 4 additional inches). He made it seem like getting the side vent was no problem at all. It cost an additional $150. Once the installers arrived, they told us WE needed to provide the side vent pieces. We were NOT made aware of this by our consultant. We called him 3 or 4 times and texted him. We did not hear back for almost a week. (It is also VERY hard to get a person on the phone through Best Buy that is able to help.) He finally called us back and gave us the link to the correct parts to order on Amazon then reimbursed us. The 2nd time the installers arrived, they discovered a hole in the dryer vent that they said the first installers put there. They left. I had to go to Best Buy (because driving there is faster than trying to reach a person on the phone) and ask for a new vent kit, which they provided. The third (yes, THIRD) time the installers arrived, they couldn't do the work because they said our washer shut off valves were leaking when closed and we needed to have a plumber come first. At this point, I told them just to not come back and we will hire our own plumber to do the rest of the work they could not do. I texted our consultant and he reimbursed us the $150 for the side vent charge. He said consultants really have nothing to do with the installers. Overall, he was polite and helpful when initially ordering our appliances but very hard to reach afterward for all the issues we ran into. I can safely say we will not be using the installation provided by Best Buy in the future.

Did a great job installing the 2 TV, s and spent the time explaining all the details of the televisions.

Camera’s are working good but not sure about whether we need to subscribe to a protection plan through Ring or Eero. Also, we weren’t told how the set up works when we are out of town
