The consultant was very thorough and informative very conversational and easy to talk to so we were able to ask some questions and ultimately did take the consultants advice

Shut the front door and OMG...how many other ways are there to say WOW! What FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! The young men that installed the television, and our blue-ray player (yes, I know, they still make those) were absolutely perfect in every way. They were patient, kind, answered all of my questions and they even took my old TV downstairs and got it hooked up and then even took the oldest TV with them to dispose of properly! They took the boxes and all the trash and I was literally left with my new television ready to go. I used my Total Tech service for delivery and installation and I will say that I will never be without that additional service offered through Best Buy! Thank you for such great service.

My Advisor recommended items for my Ring doorbell and the type of doorbell I had not considered.

We use amazon a lot ,but they can not send an expert to our house. We appeeciate that bwstbuy can and will.
