The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They mounted an 80 inch tv exactly as I wanted.

I didn’t like the email that I received afterwards with the estimate that didn’t allow for questions. The employee was fine, he showed up on time and understood what my goals but I didn’t like what he suggested with cords on my house. I felt that the email allowed only for an all or nothing decision as a consumer and was very impersonal. Need to connect better with the consumer to avoid a one size fits all experience, provide names and phone numbers for people who can answer questions instead of a click that the estimate is accepted.

We appreciate having the home consultant to help navigate the options available when considering new equipment for our home.
