It was helpful to have home advisor visit as he offered us better deal than store price. But seemed like advisor was more familiar with TVs (something we were exploring too) rather than refrigerator (which is why sales associated suggested home advisor visit in first place). He made couple of errors in measurement which I spotted and corrected so the purpose would have been defeated if we blindly relied on him. Overall we are happy as we got better pricing.
