Great first media room

Installed perfectly but that’s it

No mess, took away garbage however the team (3 techs) had little time to demonstrate the operation of the set. No manual either. We were on our own. We were told by the salesman that we needed an Alexa device to drive to TV but the 3 techs could not make that happen. There were going to charge me an additional $50 to set up an Alexa that I could use or need. They told me they were “overbooked”. I thought when the techs left I would be operational but that was not the case.

Good, but not good enough…

The initial installation was not very good but the follow up from higher qualified agents was excellent as far as it went. However, we are still unhappy with the sound and the darkening on some channels that we cannot correct. I will be calling for another appt soon. I hope it all turns out well once and for all. It’s been a long haul.
