Andy was great to work with. Even though I knew what I wanted I appreciated his advice and opinion on certain items. I would love to have him help me again on a project.

I am a senior citizen who had or has a great deal of experience doing things themselves. However, a stroke, age and respiratory problems have placed me in a position of being unable to fix my computer and home theater systems. After wasting time trying to use independent contractors, I went back to Best Buy who I started working with before Covid. Because of the latter I never finished getting everything to work as envisioned. I had paid money to Best Buy and was not able to get all I funded. I decided to try again. To my surprise almost everything works better than I expected. My consultation went great. The two consultants who set up our home theater system, TV, Automated Voice Controls, streaming improvements, etc. were are knowledgeable, heard all our concerns, extremely polite, considerate of our environment and should receive raises. The computer consultant was able to go beyond my requests and had all of the above qualities also, including my suggestion for a raise. I have previously ran the US operations of a company which provided technical service as part of the components of the products. I know superb service when I see someone perform beyond duty. Kudos to Best Buy for providing service above and beyond expectations when the overall state of attention to custers is so poor in he US at this tie.

Anthony did such a great job and has wonderful customer service. He helped me with an issue and now I have a beautiful new fridge! I would highly recommend working with Anthony.

Got home theater installation from Best Buy . Whole team from bestbuy and especially Blake Repp were very helpful , professional and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do . Highly recommend anyone whom anyone is looking for setting home theatre system including speakers , calibration etc . You can have peace of mind and let them do everything .

We had a year of geek squad visits, and Christopher finally found the problem with the issues we were experiencing.

I have a small space for a washer & dryer. I had tried various models and became very frustrated. Then I was told that I could have consultant come to my home and help me. Matt was very professional, understanding of the problem and helpful. He took into consideration what I wanted in a washer. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process and asked me to call him if there were any problems and when the units were in place. Matt made the whole process much easier. The 2 delivery men were polite, professional and worked to fit my washer and dryer into my small space. We started at one of the big box warehouse stores and left because it was difficult to find floor items to look at and someone to ask questions. We were actually headed to another big box competitor when we decided to stop at Best Buy because it was on the way. What a great decision because we ran into Yvette. She helped me navigate the multitude of items that I had already researched and was able to provide additional information that we didn't know was there. There were similar items sitting on the floor to look at which helped us to make our decisions. We picked up a vent hood the first day, and later went back to look at dishwashers and microwaves. The last trip was to purchase a range. Yvette spent quality time with both of us each time and facilitated delaying the delivery as we didn't need the items immediately. I never looked anywhere else after Yvette. It was one of my more enjoyable retail purchases to date. I don't like navigating retail and tend to buy online if possible.

Needed to purchase a new refrigerator. Informed salesperson that in addition to Best Buy, I had three other stores to look at, and it would be a good idea if he didn’t let me leave! Did my research on the refrigerator I wanted, knew it would fit, had the options I wanted etc. Almost completed sale but I still wanted a better deal/discount or I’d walk. He explained no additional discounts were available. At this point in walks Dave Herbison. He asked few questions, to get up to speed, he then professionally, knowledgeably and with courtesy explained what I was getting, why it was a good deal and why I should take delivery of this unit. Even went back over to the floor model w/me to see if there were any other questions. There were, He answered them. I have over 50 years of experience in various retail areas, and I can honestly tell you this, Dave Herbison absolutely has Best Buy’s best interest at the font of his mind. I’ll finish my review with this, if I owned/worked for one of your competitors I’d steal this guy in a heartbeat.

We are so lucky to have met Teresa Deleon, a senior consultant at Best Buy Corpus Christi. We recently bought our first home and were in need of new appliances and home security system. Teresa has met with us several times, at the store and she even came to our home to ensure all of what we ordered would be the right fit for the home. Her expertise and professional knowledge has helped us to choose the right products and we felt so cared throughout this entire journey. We had to return & exchange as we have changed our address and the products had some manufactural defects but it was not a problem as she has helped me the entire time. Also, Best Buy’s total tech membership that Teresa recommended us to sign up is awesome. I would recommend Teresa to anyone in CC who is in the need of new appliances and tech products. Marvin Cabrera is a superb consultant. I shopped around talking with four different vendors. I selected Best Buy based on him. Great knowledge and perspective. I worked with him in selecting the best possible washer and dryer for our situation moving into a new home. Ultimately, Best Buy matched the lowest priced mainstream vendor. We narrowed our choices based on both our own personal experiences and industry and consumer review information. Finalists: LG and Samsung. NYT Wirecutter and other consumer publications all rated LG the best - with reliability tops. We purchased an LG 4000 Washer and Dryer. We initially signed a contract for a gas dryer and decided to switch to an electric dryer prior to delivery. This required running a 220 volt electric circuit into the garage for overall safety and performance. Marvin allowed us to switch to the electric model at no additional cost. In fact he refunded $100 which as the difference in sales price. Best Buy did a superb installation.

Jordan did a great job on the 2 consultation visits; unfortunately, after that he disappeared on Personal Time Off and did not answer or return calls. Since there was not a workable direct line to the Federal Way Best Buy store, we had to physically go into the store multiple times to resolve issues with the order with managers (one of whom also went on Personal Time Off as well). Ultimately, an effective manager did escalate the issue (unresolved receiver delivery date) the issues to the District Manager. We were also displeased that the screen was smaller than the screen that was replaced, which wasn't made clear until immediately before the actual installation. Ultimately, the setup was installed on time, but we felt it was a constant struggle and a faulty communication system, where we were not adequately informed throughout the process. Consultants and managers need to more effectively hand off their unfinished/ongoing tasks to a specific point of contact, and letting the customers know who that is, and how to communicate with them.
