Excellent help trying to decide but then this is my 4th tv purchase and also took thye consultant suggestion about the tv and sound bar. Thanks for your help

if you want great audio video install done right the 1st time. I recommend an in-home consultation. They will advise of the best products for your home.

I love the Tv my advisor recommended .the Samsung q60 is a great tv and also bought the Sonos sound bar witch is great sounding .

I was referred by the employee at the Best Buy Store to get the In-Home Consultation. The consultant was on time and friendly. He even offered his cell phone and I called after the meeting and got additional help.

Best Buy delivered the TV and their technicians installed and set it all up. Spencer even gave me his cell number if I had any issues after they left.

Nest app has had a glitch otherwise it’s been good. Don’t like the delay from when someone rings and I receive alert. Again not your issue. In home consult answered all my questions and he was very knowledgeable!

Consultant was professional and gave us the information we needed. Installers were not so much and couldn't wait to get out of the house. But the people who came back to correct what the installers didn't get right were extremely nice and helpful.
