50/50 on satisfaction

Unfortunately he also showed up without a tape measure or stud finder. When the actual installation was meant to occur, I was informed there was a horizontal stud in the wall that prevented installation of the in wall kit to hide the cords... something the consultant didn't catch when he made the recommendation. I then had to return the parts to Best Buy and did not have a complete solution. So the TV and Mount advice was great. The in wall mount kit advice was not.

In home TV Consult

LOVE the TV, can't connect to home theater

We are happy with the 75 inch TV, but disappointed there is no good way to get the sound routed through our home theater system.
