We contacted the Geek Squad to help with replacing our 10 year old desktop and printer, adding a laptop, replacing our outdated TV, and updating any other equipment in order to use our internet speed. Our consultant spent 2+ hours at our home listening carefully to our needs, checking out our current computing situation, testing internet speed on all floors of our home, and suggesting changes in easy to understand terms. Later we met him at our local store to hear more about the equipment he was suggesting. His recommendations matched our needs and were a good value. We ended up buying $5000+ worth of equipment based on his recommendations. He even drove to a city 1.5 hours away to pickup the TV we purchased since it wasn't in the warehouse that services our local store. Our consultant was thorough, a great communicator, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend using a Best Buy in-home consultant for major digital changes.

My stereo system was old and some of the components were not working any longer. I was also considering leaving cable and switching to streaming for my tv. I was hoping I could use the working parts of my stereo system instead of buying a completely new system. I was also not sure if both of my TVs would support streaming. I met with Linda Bedbury in the store and then at my house. She presented all my options in a very soft sell manner. She answered all my questions and made sure I was very comfortable with everything before the order was placed. Linda explained everything to me and how both the TV and stereo system would work. Because of Linda's approach and her guidance throughout the process, I was confident I could make the transition. I highly recommend Linda Bedbury and the geek squad. I am extremely pleased with everything they did for me and have been able to make a smooth transition using my new technology.

Aaron was amazing. I replaced an electric cooktop with gas. He came out, measured everything, answered all of my questions and was very professional and courteous.

Great experience! Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. He came to my house and took measurements to make sure a 65" TV with sound bar would fit.

Great job installing all my 8 security cameras. Workers were professional. They cleaned nip good and made sure I was happy with every angle on each camera. They walked me through using the app and followed up a couple of days after the install to make sure I was happy.

John Turi came to my house ready to work. We had extensive conversation about what might be best for my space. He presented me with 3 options. Never once did I feel any pressure to buy or even make a decision on the spot. In fact we had several phone calls and texts to satisfy my questions. His response time to my communications was great. Soon after the consultation I chose the complete Sonos System. I am very happy I did. The System is awesome! John's expertise, knowledge, and patience is impeccable. He is very respectful and personable. I would not hesitate to call on John for any and all future projects large or small.

We were in the market for a new TV and sound bar. We had gone to a Best Buy near us and gotten information about what would work best for us. We had some extra time and decided to go to the Best Buy in Torrance while in between appointments. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Grace. She was INCREDIBLE! She listened to our needs and was able to create the perfect system for our home. She was courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledgable about every aspect of our system. She even was able to get us a $100 refund a few days later since one of the components went on sale! She was amazing!! If we ever need another TV or other electronics in the future, we will definitely be coming back to work with Grace.

We were designing a media room at our house and needed specific help in regards to projectors and screens. We initially spoke with Brian in the Costa Mesa Magnolia store and received very helpful information on how to proceed. From there, Brian visited our home and helped dial in specific recommendations for what we needed to reach our goals. The equipment recommendations he made were spot on and suited us perfectly. We immediately ordered the necessary equipment, which was available for pick-up the same day. In the two weeks since we’ve had the equipment, we use it nearly every day and marvel at the quality of the projector he recommended. It is a huge step up from our previous set up and we’re very thankful to Brian for his help, professionalism, expertise, and kindness. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the Magnolia/Best Buy operation for outfitting a personal home theater or media room.

We decided recently to upgrade our TV, Audio Receiver, Remote, & Blu-Ray Player. After discussing with Eric, the sales rep at the Newnan store, he felt it best to have a sales consultant come out to review what we needed. Shortly thereafter, Nick Ross came to our house and after throughly analyzing our current systems, determined what components would best fit our needs. Nick then arranged for the Geek Squad to come out an set up our new systems. Joel, the head technician, came out with 3 other technicians, along with our new equipment, and spent 3 hours completely disconnecting our old systems and installing our new systems. Not only was the installation done professionally and neatly, but they spent time going over how to work each component with me. I was also quite impressed with how well all the numerous wires behind our entertainment center were organized. Needless to say, my wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Best Buy and all persons we interacted with. Finally, after our systems were installed, Nick Foss followed up with us to ensure everything was working as we expected and even found additional discounts available to us on our TV! Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with this whole experience.

The entire team at The Woodlands location were very helpful and honored the fact that I was a valued customer for over 15 years and a total tech member. The process from the in-home visit with Jamar to the in-store interaction with Dylan is what keeps me coming back for all my needs. You have supplied appliances and audio for many of our flip properties as well as our main and lake homes. We still have another large project as we are building a new home and need all equipment for it on top of our needs during around the year. From a complete audio set up for all 5 bedrooms including media and indoor wall / ceiling mounted speakers, to security cameras. The service and extra mile my family and I continue to receive is why I will not shop anywhere else.

Didn’t really take the time to sell me what I wanted. Did find me a great deal on a receiver. I wanted a in wall setup and was told they would go on sale 1/2 off. They did, but then I realized they wouldn’t fit the current holes I had. When asked to find something that would fit he got all irritated I didn’t want the ones that were “on sale now”. Told him to find me Some and gave dimension. Persisted to explain that the ones in sale were a better choice and less expensive. I explained I didn’t want to add fillers and asked to find me some that would fit. He seemed irritated and told me he would look, never heard back. Ended up getting some Klipsch speakers that were close to exact fit. Spend about 1000 more than the “on sale” setup but was what I wanted him to look for. The two stars are for him not getting back to me and assuming I didnt want to spend more money without at least giving me some Options I wanted. TV he sold me on is great.

The help with picking out a sound system was excellent, The system that I picked out was a little pricy but, I was willing to spend twice that amount to get a good sound system. If I may make a suggestion - when it comes to the TV's & the Sound Systems you should have people like Andrew available and the individuals working that section of the store should know that they would be available to talk to the customers. I purchased 2 other sound bars over a couple years and they were both disappointing to say the least. I put that under the classification that both of the people that were in that area were not up to the challenge or had the knowledge to render a good recommendation, Just Saying. I would also suggest that you install a couple low end sound systems in the higher end room so customers can actually hear the difference, you may end up surprised how many customers may take the leap to the better quality units - I know I would have.

I needed some equipment installed in my “ man cave “ and upgrade some of my equipment. Everything worked out great. Love my new Logitech universal remote!
