My husband and I were very impressed with the knowledge and even recommended product however, the recommended product or solution was not what we were looking for. I had gone back to Best Buy and revisited different security products and then had my husband review the Arlo Ultras and this was the product that had all of the security features we wanted. I would submit that Consultants find out the features the client wants as well as to review the conditions and circumstances to ensure that recommendations fit the situation.
