The programming staff are very friendly and should get 5 stars. However, scheduling and reaching out to the Magnolia staff are extremely difficult, only worth 2 stars. This project started from May and finished in Sept. I had to go to the store 5 times because nobody answered the phone in the store nor respond any call back. The scheduling system is a mystery and full of frustration.

Max did a great job problem solving and making sure that my home theater and music systems meet my needs.
