Expert was very helpful with the initial buy of a new big tv and receiver. However, in spite of him saying “Call me for all your Best Buy needs”, when we needed a new woofer he failed to respond to the text I sent him, in spite of his vm saying text was the best way to get in touch with him. Terrible follow-up service in my opinion.
