Great service and very professional

Mostly good, with one error

Jesse was very helpful and professional, although we had already narrowed our choice to one model. Jesse took some measurements and advised us to buy the 65" model. Unfortunately, when the installers brought the TV and started their work, it proved too large to fit the space. We had to order a 55" model and wait for a new installation slot. I will say that Jesse was very apologetic and flexible in giving us a small upgrade.
