The TV is just ok. Was on sale so that was good. The In-Home Consultation was much less than adequate. It would have been nice if the person was able to offer something more than I already knew about. Overall, there is a tremendous amount of information available online and I was in search of someone who was an Expert in this field of setting up a Home Theater - what I got was not that. Bricks and Mortar Businesses really need to up their game if they want to stay in the game. There is a demand out there for a level of service that you just don't get from online sales.

After set-up of Pandora all worked well. Next day I could get Pandora but no sound. Josh came out and repaired the issue
