We were looking at TV’s for a while and of coarse we would talk to the person that was on the floor at Best Buy and didn’t have the time to really talk to us because of having to help others too! The floor person set us up with an in home consultation and Bryan called right away, I mean we didn’t have to wait days before he contacted us and we were very impressed with that and Bryan was very professional and he listened to us and helped us plan for a bigger TV and knew exactly if it would fit where we wanted the TV and what we wanted and Bryan was very precise on his specifications and had just a boat loads of information! If someone is thinking of buying a tv and they have a lot of questions, an in home consultation is the way to go and you get all the help you need right away it’s so much different then just going to Best Buy and try to figure out on your own on what to do and how to go about some of the things we were asking and felt that it was important to us. If you need an in home consultation, Bryan is your guy! Then when he sets you up to install what you want Bryan also has the Best guy for that too! His name is Randall and he also knows what he’s doing! Randall has done installation for years and it shows! Thank you Bryan! Thank you Randall! We will pick the both of you again if we need something from Best Buy! These two men are very good assets for Best Buy!

I bought a fixer-upper that needed a total kitchen rehab and am SO grateful that Jeremy was available the day I went to my local Best Buy. He Is The Definition of Informed Customer Support. Jeremy came to my home to review the space and then knowledgeably assisted me with product selection and diligently organized all installation arrangements. During one of our conversations, I mentioned that I work from home and needed help selecting the right Wi-Fi equipment, TVs, and wall mounts. Jeremy helped me understand model differences and with the selection of multiple items in that department, and he set up those installation appointments, too. My projects required several adjustments along the way and the endless patience and respect Jeremy demonstrated throughout the process was/is impressive. Jeremy is my Best Buy Go-To. He is thoughtful, detailed, and personable. Jeremy's support took pressure off me, and I am endlessly appreciative! Thanks, Jeremy!

We had been talking about getting a new TV for quite some time and didn't know where to start. We are both retired and I am very hard of hearing. I had heard things about "sound bars" and the like, and didn't know how to navigate even asking about it. We went to Best Buy and looked at the vast array of choices you had. "Rich" was very helpful and professional and offered us a home consultation (free) where we met Nicholas Igo who was more of the same. We were able to cement our choices of an LG OLED 65-inch with a sound bar. He made it quick and easy and had many wonderful suggestions. He made it easy for us to make the choices and move forward. Too, we were very impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of your Geek Squad fellows, "Tim" and "Omar" who came in and did a spectacular job of installation of both our new TV and sound bar AND relocating our old TV into our lower level of our condo. They were quick and very competent. They hooked everything up and made sure we knew how to navigate everything before they left. Very refreshing to have this kind of guidance and service by pleasant, well-trained people. In today's world this is a pleasant surprise.

We did a kitchen renovation & New TV/audio and internet mesh system for our living room. We used Best Buy for our refrigerator, cooktop, wall oven, and microwave along with the new TV and audio components. Jacob helped us work with all the moving parts we had going on with contractors, renovations and fitting the right appliances and their specs with the changes we were making. Renovation never goes smoothly but everyone on the Best Buy team was knowledgeable and had solutions to make the best outcome. We couldn't be happier with our new living space and Best Buy appliances.

So I needed help with putting a fridge and stove in my house. I have a little section in-between where those appliances are. It's just a little section to put a wood-block of knives or something small of that nature. When Keith came out to measure, he didn't account for that small counterspace, he just checked the walls. The counterspace sticks out about half an inch, voiding his measurement. I had already gotten rid of the fridge before the delivery got here, that way it would be an easy place and go. The fridge did not fit. I had to rip the surface piece of the counter off and shift it to the left, and wedge the stove against the top piece of the counter and my fridge. This was the only option I had as I have a relatively tight kitchen. My hand got a little cut in the process, but that wasn't the problem. I shouldn't have to go through the effort of mutilating my home because someone didn't measure correctly. It could have been avoided if he spent more than a couple minutes measuring and looked around. It was embarrassing when the delivery people had to stand there and tell me that it wasn't going to fit, and proceed to watch me as I took the top off of the counter. Had this fridge been returned, all of my groceries would have went bad on my floor. Keith was incredibly nice and respectful, but the job wasn't done correctly. I've made every appliance purchase from this BestBuy, this being the very first time I've asked for someone to come out and measure. It could have been better.

Shawn did an amazing job with his in-house consultation, prior to me making my purchase of a new TV and sound bar. There was no pressure from trying to talk me into anything. I was leading towards a larger tv (therefore more money) that my room called for and he pointed that out that ideally, for my room layout, a 65" tv was the ideal size. He was 100% correct and if I had purchased a larger tv, I wouldn't have been pleased and it would have cost more money. That first step let me know that he was somebody I could trust and take his advice, on everything else. I've been 100% satisfied with my purchase and resulting quality. I asked Shawn multiple questions regarding other avenues of my plans and he delivered perfectly in every way. Thank you Shawn for your time, advice and help in my purchases!

Chris was very patient with me. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, and presented a good proposal with no pressure. Even when changes had to be made, he responded timely. It is good having one consultant that understands the whole flow of the project.

Needed help upgrading audio zones for my home. Best buy and geek squad are assisting me reach my goal.

Friendly and helpful consultants and technicians eased the installation of out new Home Theater System. Though the installation was plagued by minor problems, the Technicians were able to return and resolve all issues. Our new home theater system now meets our expectations and is very easy to use. It was important that we had one point of contact. Jacob Nathansen answered our calls within a reasonable time and insured that all problems were resolved. I look forward to working with him on possible future projects. Our consultant, Jacob Nathansen, and his partner, Russ Mcneish kept our project rolling, even though it was relatively small compared to other projects they were managing. Even after the installation was complete, they made themselves available by phone to answer even our simple questions. We really appreciate their patient and friendly support.

we remodeled, and John W suggested really good solutions to a new TV/soundbar and speaker/amp set up. It sounds great, and works great. The installation crew was expensive, but very good.
