We were planning for a home theater room and Jordan helped us to design what would work best for the room and for our main living room. He worked with us based on our budget and created a great room which felt like being at the movies. He was also very helpful after we had some unforeseen damage to our theater room due to a storm and helped get repair/replacement and reinstallation of all products. I will likely have them help again for my patio

I was recently in the market for a new TV that would be the primary tv for the family. We don’t buy TV’s all that often and we were upgrading from a plasma. We went to our go to Best Buy where we were met by Casey, who has to be one of the most genuine and honest salesman around and just so happens to know a lot about TV’s. He took his time to explain the technological advancements in TV’s since our last purchase (it’s been over 10 years!) and helped us figure out what size would be appropriate for the room. We ended up going with the 65” LG OLED G1 series and couldn’t be happier. The picture quality is absolutely stunning and we certainly will be enjoying it for many years to come. We also purchased best buy’s extended warranty just in case, however, the price point was a tough pill to swallow. Anyhow, working with our local Best Buy and Casey was fun and stress free. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with so many options but Casey broke it down for us and it was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend traveling to the Best Buy Danvers store if you’re in the market for new audio/video equipment. Just ask for Casey and you’ll be good to go! Thank you Casey!

Best Buy made buying and installing the appliances in our new home so easy! We had gone to one of the high-end appliance companies which quoted us a year wait for a refrigerator and unknown timeline for a conduction cook system! We stopped by Best Buy in Boynton Beach for something for my Surface tablet and saw they had appliances so met Brad at the appliance desk who said we could get all of the appliances we needed within the 3-month timeline we had been given by the builder. All of the appliances were installed by Best Buy's knowledgeable installers last week and we could not be happier! Thanks so much, Brad and Best Buy, for providing great appliances, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service - we are your customers for life now!

We were looking to upgrade our TV / entertainment system for some time now. We had Rob help us coordinate the integration of the TV we purchased and the components we already had. We also had Rob help us pick out a new, component cabinet that was higher quality and would work with our components, hiding and shielding them from dust. The Geek squad install team, led by Jenilynn were wonderful. The worked efficiently, were prompt and very courteous. Jenilynn needed to do some troubleshooting with an issue half way thru the process and she came up with an appropriate solution quickly. This was one of the BEST service tech/ installation experiences we have ever had. We would recommend this team to anyone looking to upgrade their home entertainment system.

We are considering a short throw system to replace our current TV. Ben was very attentive, answered all my questions no matter technical or not. Suggested additional items that should be addressed, in this case a power surge protection bar. He explained that typically these devices have a lifespan of about 5 years. gave the pros and cons of a short throw in the area where this will be placed. Overall great experience and hope that Ben can help you out as well!!

Highly recommend using In Home Consult if you are setting up anything other than basic TV. I could never have configured my entertainment system in the store or on my own. Here's some decisions made by my consultant: my existing router/ modem is fine, just need to add 2 mesh boxes that will handle the router function. There was only one manufacturer that would meet all my requirements for a TV: viewable from kitchen passthrough as well as LR, allow listening through wireless headset and/or speakers simultaneously or in any combination, minimize visual clutter of speakers and woofer, work with voice commands from multiple sources, etc. I did not need to purchase another wireless headset since I already have one. He suggested putting the TV box and 4K DVD player in closet on other side of the LR wall. Use forward tilt wall mount to minimize glare from indirect sunlight. Recommended changing thermostat to smart one which I can manage by voice command or remotely with cell phone. I can already see that this will save on electric bill. We added Total Protection plan which paid for itself by reducing installation cost of each item to a low maximum. We added a universal remote but voice commands will also perform some functions. Added training to the installation package so I'll be ready to go from day one. I am confident that the package I bought will be precisely geared to my wish list without breaking the bank. Oh yes, my IHC lasted several hours because I had a long list of documented requirements. Patience, humor were on display along with attentiveness to everything I said I wanted. Install is 4 days away and I'm very excited. Absolutely recommend this service.

We did a kitchen renovation & New TV/audio and internet mesh system for our living room. We used Best Buy for our refrigerator, cooktop, wall oven, and microwave along with the new TV and audio components. Jacob helped us work with all the moving parts we had going on with contractors, renovations and fitting the right appliances and their specs with the changes we were making. Renovation never goes smoothly but everyone on the Best Buy team was knowledgeable and had solutions to make the best outcome. We couldn't be happier with our new living space and Best Buy appliances.

I wanted all new appliances for my kitchen and was completely overwhelmed with the choices available. I set up an in home appointment and was matched up with Chase. He was absolutely amazing. He listened to everything that I wanted, asked some pertinent questions and took measurements. Later that evening he sent me a proposal with everything I wanted. Not only did he find all of my appliances that met all of my criteria, they were also all within my budget. He even informed me of specials that were being offered, and specifically looked for items to help me get more bang for my buck. I told him I was considering a TV also, and that was included in my proposal as well. He met me at the store the following day, had everything available for me to look at, rung it all up - and I was in and out of the store within an hour!! I even contacted Chase when my new fridge was making a loud humming sound, he came out - consulted with a few experts and 2 weeks later I had a brand new fridge delivered!! NO HASSLE!! I don't think I will ever go back to in store shopping again!! Thank you for this awesome service Best Buy!!!

Dave the Best Buy guy was at the house by the time I got there. My wife had him in a corner showing him her rock collection. Dave was trapped and boy was he happy to see me. I reminded him all consultations are not easy and this was one of those. Dave soldiered on, refusing to be ambushed by Michigan Rock Hound stories and curtains that were too long, Dave was here to find us a TV and mounting hardware. He did his best to stay on topic and after a few more rock stories we finally agreed on the TV. Mounting rack was special ordered and it arrived right on time, day before install. Dave is a real champ as a consultant and if he can succeed with my wife and still smile at the end, well deserving of praise. This beer is for you Dave! Cheers!
