Richard was not only on time (in NYC!), but very professional, engaging, courteous, and responsive. During his visit to my home, he took the time to assess what I wanted to achieve in regard to the installation of two TVs, a home theater system, and my SONOS system. He was also able to suggest options I wasn’t even aware of and to identify bits of hardware needed, All while working with my rather modest budget. Richard also connected me with a terrific installer and the two of them worked together throughout the process to keep everything on track. Bravo!

I bought a fixer-upper that needed a total kitchen rehab and am SO grateful that Jeremy was available the day I went to my local Best Buy. He Is The Definition of Informed Customer Support. Jeremy came to my home to review the space and then knowledgeably assisted me with product selection and diligently organized all installation arrangements. During one of our conversations, I mentioned that I work from home and needed help selecting the right Wi-Fi equipment, TVs, and wall mounts. Jeremy helped me understand model differences and with the selection of multiple items in that department, and he set up those installation appointments, too. My projects required several adjustments along the way and the endless patience and respect Jeremy demonstrated throughout the process was/is impressive. Jeremy is my Best Buy Go-To. Shawn did an amazing job with his in-house consultation, prior to me making my purchase of a new TV and sound bar. There was no pressure from trying to talk me into anything. I was leading towards a larger tv (therefore more money) that my room called for and he pointed that out that ideally, for my room layout, a 65" tv was the ideal size. He was 100% correct and if I had purchased a larger tv, I wouldn't have been pleased and it would have cost more money. That first step let me know that he was somebody I could trust and take his advice, on everything else. I've been 100% satisfied with my purchase and resulting quality. I asked Shawn multiple questions regarding other avenues of my plans and he delivered perfectly in every way. Thank you Shawn for your time, advice and help in my purchases!

We shop exclusively at Best Buy (Union,NJ) for our electronics ~ can't imagine anyone else having the same knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, informative representatives anywhere! What we like most is that our store representative actually answer all our question that we needed, we made an at home appointment consultation with Jay and he guided us through the whole process. we choose every item we needed to buy for our new home from complete entertainment system, TVs and Cameras. Best Buy crew got my network routers set up for full coverage, and reorginized my rack. They were very professional, showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job.
