The experts did well helping us select the right televisions for our needs. At first it seemed as though the most expensive televisions and brackets were being pushed on me. The experts appeared to be a sales man. He eventually got the message and selected the best televisions for our needs. More than a week the two televisions are still not mounted. We are still waiting on the Geek Squad to show up.

The experience was okay overall. The tech was early, super nice, and he took measurements and asked for our preferences. He mentioned he would have the proposal to us later that day and that didn’t happen, I had to reach out the next day myself to get a response. The reason I didn’t receive the proposal that day was due to a technical error with the tablet, which is a little ironic as they specialize in tech. A simple text or call would have been nice to let me know it was going to be postponed. I received the proposal and it was pretty basic stuff, a majority of which wasn’t really what we wanted. After getting the measurements we decided to go in store and order all appliances from there, all of which were different from the items in the proposal. The gentleman in store was even surprised the tech had recommended a dishwasher as it was not something he would ever recommend. The measurements were helpful but that was about it. After speaking with the gentleman in store, for the most part all stoves and microwaves are standard size and the fridge options were plentiful. I would save yourself the wait and take the measurements yourself and go in store if possible, get a hands on experience, and not have to wait.

Purchasing the Arlo Pro camera, came in to make sure the Wi Fi was strong enough and were to place camera with a good signal.

Salesman was pleasant in the beginning phase of me “demoing” the speakers but seemed to get impatient on my 3rd day of “demoing” the speakers and wanting to listen to it again, as one speaker had a collapsed tweeter. Negotiated a price drop on an open box item but “I had to take it that day”. Subconsciously agreed, but it felt rushed and bit manipulative in hindsight. - Scheduling to replace the tweeters was like begging for a day. “ repair guy says he may be able to do it next week but Black Friday would be better” .. really?? Black Friday?? Seemed like an arm twist to purchase more on Black Friday. It became a turn off. Buying experience on item didn’t feel right, and for an additional $630, I could get a new set. I finally returned the items and glad i did.
