The installer very polite his knowledge was limited with complete installation, suggested to call the 800 # for further assistance. My wife and I not satisfied the overall product & installation we are not sure if we received what we paid for. I am not sure we have surround sound or home theater features as we were promised with the addition of the speakers which added over our budgeted expense. Not pleased. We are still not familiar how to operate the Receiver remote functions. We need a technical assistance as soon as possible.

We purchased a ring doorbell along with outside ring security cameras and an echo show 8. The installation of the doorbell and cameras was wonderful. However, maybe a wrong assumption on my part, but I thought they would set up the echo 8 to show images from the cameras. The echo 8 is basically useless for us.
