Friendly and informative but lacked follow-up

While the consultation was helpful and I made some purchases, I wished there had been follow-up before the delivery and installation. There was a missing item and, in the end, felt like my end goal wasn’t totally achieved. And after a few failed attempts to reach out, feel like I had to figure some things out in my own. All that said, it was still helpful and appreciated to added guidance.
