    We were concerned that the washer/dryer combo we purchased would not fit. Sherik came out and measured EVERYTHING, and assured us it would. Then the first set of delivery guys came and spent 30 minutes telling us all the reasons it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t be delivered. We contacted Sherik, and he took care of everything…the second set of delivery guys had it swiftly up and in its spot. We were so glad that Sherik’s expertise and customer service got us the unit we wanted. Thanks Sherik!

    I needed a consultation for a surround sound system and a receiver. I had much trouble hearing the dialogue from my Sony TV. David Williams came by and evaluated my needs. He was most gracious even though I forgot my appointment time and therefore wasted his time (as a medical professional, this is something that I detest doing). David's determination of my specific needs was spot-on. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to finding the right system for a customer. When I had issues with the install date, he responded immediately to remedy the mistake. When I needed a fine tuning of the speakers, he came by the next day even though I offered to just have him instruct me how to do so over the phone. The sign of someone who truly cares about customer service! David recommended a Yamaha receiver for its quality and ease of use. And he was correct...much easier to use than my previous Onkyo. In short, I highly recommend Best Buy and specifically David for sound systems.

    the consultant was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and no pressure . He discussed the options based on where I wanted the TV to go what I wanted to spend and took the time to discuss all options. The first scheduled delivery / setup had an issue with sickness and I emailed Dan he insure the the delivery the following week was set , I go the AM appointment I needed and the "GEEK" Squad men came on time wore booties and were extremely courteous , ,knowledgeable and gave me a complete run through on operating the new TV... I was extremely pleased . I guess thats why they say Best Buy is your Best Buy.

    Tyler Garrison at the Roseville, MN location was wonderful to work with, walking my wife and I through everything before we decided to spend the money on our movie room. I would definitely give Tyler two thumbs up.

    I recently went to Best Buy for a new TV and sound system. I hadn't updated mine in probably 14 years or more (appalling, I know!), and I definitely needed help as to the best technology for a good value. Senior Sales Consultant Josh Wimer was nothing short of amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and easily answered my long list of questions. He is patient and personable, experienced and incredibly well versed in the available tech, as well as the full installation process and construction considerations. What's more, the installation team did a perfect job and were very professional. All of them made the process easy and enjoyable, and I could not recommend them more!

    85" TV DELIVERY, MOUNTING AND PROGRAMMING

    Very satisfied with the installation of our 85" Samsung TV this time. Their installation process has vastly improved during the last two years. Timely delivery, mounting and programming according to schedule. A purchased, but unused mount was returned and my account was promptly credited. Likewise with the purchased programming of a universal remote that we decided not to have done onsite. Much follow up before and after the sale. I went from being hesitant for the Geek Squad to perform this work because of the earlier, terrible experience, to being completely satisfied with their work. Answered all of our questions before leaving. Good job!

    Great machine- stressful install process!

    Our old washer was on its last legs and new models have swelled in size and would not fit into our vertical stacked cabinet space. We found the LG Washtower to be the only product now on the market that fit as well as having a much needed 4.5 cu ft capacity. Its a great design and reviews were good. The experience at Best Buy was great and the machine arrived earlier than we expected. The only negative in the process was the delivery and install team. When they got to the house and removed the old stacked machines the vent connection in the wall was cracked and they would not touch it- and just left the machine in our back yard. It took several more days for a return by them- during which I had to install a new elbow connection. When they returned to install it they said that no vent hose came with the machine so they couldn’t install it. I had to beg them to come back in 30 minutes so I could run to the hardware store to buy the hose and clamps needed. I checked my invoice and it clearly shows a vent hose was included. I think Robert should have alerted me to the potential issues I should anticipate happening and told me to buy my own flex hose. I’ll be returning to best buy for a refund on the hose I was supposed to get with my order. All in all, the machine works great and finally was installed- earlier than expected.

    Why go it alone when you can consult with an exper

    It was easy to make the appointment over the phone. Ariad showed up right on time and immediately sized up what we needed and helped us select the right TV for our room. He walked us through his recommendations and our order. Delivery was arranged and the Geek Squad had everything installed and running quickly and without any problems. We had gone into the store the week before to see about scouting out TV's. There were 12 people in line in front of us for the one person's attention. Good for Best Buy that there were that many customers - not good for me. I knew about the in home stuff and wanted to go that route anyway just to make certain that before I had merchandise delivered it would fit and be the right equipment to go with our lighting and sunlight. Ariad suggested a higher end TV because we have intense sunlight in the room. The picture is 100% better than what we had. TV's are more complicated. Why go it alone when you can use an expert. I have already recommended in home consultation to two of my friends who are moving into new houses. I would do it again if we ever move.

    Was in Best Buy store looking at 4K and 8K tv's. Samsung sales lead/expert said either now (before Black Friday) or during Super Bowl weekend were usually the best time to buy tv's at the best discounted pricing. This person also suggested we have a home consultation at no cost. He also did a good job of showing and telling us the difference the various 4K models and the 8K. Set up an appointment for consultation; had pretty much decided on 8K before she arrived. We showed her how we wanted to move our 55" 4K, 3D tv to the basement and she helped us decide that a 65" would not be too big for the area we needed to place the new tv. She spent time looking up information if our hanging tv stand was heavy enough for the new tv. Also looked up our existing sound bar to see if it would work as well. We ordered the new tv while she was there and a couple days later we noticed a Best Buy add with match pricing that was $500 less; she took care of this as well after we called her. We decided to go with the home delivery and set up. Were very pleased with their work as well. They had to switch our 2 tv stands from basement to first floor and hooked up all units in working order. Were careful and liked the way they used plastic ties tying all the cables together.

    Dustin was awesome. We were replacing a wall oven/microwave combo so fit was a major concern. Also, I wanted to increase holiday meal prep capacity by adding a convection feature to the microwave. Speed of delivery was also a factor because Easter family dinner was just around the corner. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable of the products that Best Buy provided. We reviewed specifications and decided on the Whirlpool. The unit was delivered and installed as promised. I was pleased with the unit until I realized that the microwave did not have the convection feature as stated in the specifications. I contacted Dustin and he was at our house immediately. After digging deeper into manufacturer specifications in their online manuals, Dustin learned that the web description was not accurate and it did not have the convection feature. He identified another manufacturers unit that would be all requirements and immediately placed it on order. The replacement unit is due in May. If it works as advertised, I will be extremely pleased and will seek Dustin out for advice on future appliance purchases.

    Two guys from the Geek Squad came to install a 65” TV on a wall mount and a Blue Ray player.
