    We were looking at TV’s for a while and of coarse we would talk to the person that was on the floor at Best Buy and didn’t have the time to really talk to us because of having to help others too! The floor person set us up with an in home consultation and Bryan called right away, I mean we didn’t have to wait days before he contacted us and we were very impressed with that and Bryan was very professional and he listened to us and helped us plan for a bigger TV and knew exactly if it would fit where we wanted the TV and what we wanted and Bryan was very precise on his specifications and had just a boat loads of information! If someone is thinking of buying a tv and they have a lot of questions, an in home consultation is the way to go and you get all the help you need right away it’s so much different then just going to Best Buy and try to figure out on your own on what to do and how to go about some of the things we were asking and felt that it was important to us. If you need an in home consultation, Bryan is your guy! Then when he sets you up to install what you want Bryan also has the Best guy for that too! His name is Randall and he also knows what he’s doing! Randall has done installation for years and it shows! Thank you Bryan! Thank you Randall! We will pick the both of you again if we need something from Best Buy! These two men are very good assets for Best Buy!

    We were concerned that the washer/dryer combo we purchased would not fit. Sherik came out and measured EVERYTHING, and assured us it would. Then the first set of delivery guys came and spent 30 minutes telling us all the reasons it wouldn’t fit and couldn’t be delivered. We contacted Sherik, and he took care of everything…the second set of delivery guys had it swiftly up and in its spot. We were so glad that Sherik’s expertise and customer service got us the unit we wanted. Thanks Sherik!

    I felt confident about the whole ordeal beforehand

    So I needed help with putting a fridge and stove in my house. I have a little section in-between where those appliances are. It's just a little section to put a wood-block of knives or something small of that nature. When Keith came out to measure, he didn't account for that small counterspace, he just checked the walls. The counterspace sticks out about half an inch, voiding his measurement. I had already gotten rid of the fridge before the delivery got here, that way it would be an easy place and go. The fridge did not fit. I had to rip the surface piece of the counter off and shift it to the left, and wedge the stove against the top piece of the counter and my fridge. This was the only option I had as I have a relatively tight kitchen. My hand got a little cut in the process, but that wasn't the problem. I shouldn't have to go through the effort of mutilating my home because someone didn't measure correctly. It could have been avoided if he spent more than a couple minutes measuring and looked around. It was embarrassing when the delivery people had to stand there and tell me that it wasn't going to fit, and proceed to watch me as I took the top off of the counter. Had this fridge been returned, all of my groceries would have went bad on my floor. Keith was incredibly nice and respectful, but the job wasn't done correctly. I've made every appliance purchase from this BestBuy, this being the very first time I've asked for someone to come out and measure. It could have been better.

    We were looking to upgrade our kitchen appliances, after looking around trying different brands and size we got so confused, but thanks to Lorri Shanks a consultant her recommendation and the time she put in to her hard work and recommendations can’t get enough appreciation, she was wonderful and very knowledgeable she work with our budget and the brand we want to completely gave a new look to our kitchen. 100% recommending Lorri for friends and family if they in need to do any changes. And the premier logistic team did the inspection they were so great and good at their Job, Happy customer here. Thanks again Best Buy for having such wonderful employees that they care for the customer. Q

    the consultant was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and no pressure . He discussed the options based on where I wanted the TV to go what I wanted to spend and took the time to discuss all options. The first scheduled delivery / setup had an issue with sickness and I emailed Dan he insure the the delivery the following week was set , I go the AM appointment I needed and the "GEEK" Squad men came on time wore booties and were extremely courteous , ,knowledgeable and gave me a complete run through on operating the new TV... I was extremely pleased . I guess thats why they say Best Buy is your Best Buy.

    Friendly and helpful consultants and technicians eased the installation of out new Home Theater System. Though the installation was plagued by minor problems, the Technicians were able to return and resolve all issues. Our new home theater system now meets our expectations and is very easy to use. It was important that we had one point of contact. Jacob Nathansen answered our calls within a reasonable time and insured that all problems were resolved. I look forward to working with him on possible future projects. Our consultant, Jacob Nathansen, and his partner, Russ Mcneish kept our project rolling, even though it was relatively small compared to other projects they were managing. Even after the installation was complete, they made themselves available by phone to answer even our simple questions. We really appreciate their patient and friendly support.

    Working with Rohan & Eddie was an absolute pleasure. They were very knowledgeable about the product, design, and implementation of the project. We replaced the entire entertainment system which included a new TV, 7 wall-mounted speakers, an Amplifier & custom wire installation throughout my home. The job was done incredibly clean and I was very impressed with the final result. Additionally, we discovered after a few weeks that the AMP was glitched and would change inputs randomly. The team replaced the AMP, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them as there is something to be said about working with experts who deliver great customer service. Thank you guys again.     We had been talking about getting a new TV for quite some time and didn't know where to start. We are both retired and I am very hard of hearing. I had heard things about "sound bars" and the like, and didn't know how to navigate even asking about it. We went to Best Buy and looked at the vast array of choices you had. "Rich" was very helpful and professional and offered us a home consultation (free) where we met Nicholas Igo who was more of the same. We were able to cement our choices of an LG OLED 65-inch with a sound bar. He made it quick and easy and had many wonderful suggestions. He made it easy for us to make the choices and move forward. Too, we were very impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of your Geek Squad fellows, "Tim" and "Omar" who came in and did a spectacular job of installation of both our new TV and sound bar AND relocating our old TV into our lower level of our condo. They were quick and very competent. They hooked everything up and made sure we knew how to navigate everything before they left. Very refreshing to have this kind of guidance and service by pleasant, well-trained people. In today's world this is a pleasant surprise.

    We have worked with Grant at the Brentwood store a couple times now and have had a great experience. Ben’s installation teams have been on time, clean and respectful of in home, paid attention to the details, and were very clear and patient in their tutorials. With the experience we have had, and add in the ability to finance using our Best Buy credit card, I can’t see us going anywhere else for our tech or appliance needs!

    I recently went to Best Buy for a new TV and sound system. I hadn't updated mine in probably 14 years or more (appalling, I know!), and I definitely needed help as to the best technology for a good value. Senior Sales Consultant Josh Wimer was nothing short of amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and easily answered my long list of questions. He is patient and personable, experienced and incredibly well versed in the available tech, as well as the full installation process and construction considerations. What's more, the installation team did a perfect job and were very professional. All of them made the process easy and enjoyable, and I could not recommend them more!

    Our ten-year old Panasonic Plasma TV died during the recent storms so we were in the market for a new TV and possibly a new surround sound system. Romeo was the first person I met in the Magnolia section of Best Buy. I had an idea of what I was looking for but was deciding between a few different brands/models. Romeo was very knowledgeable about the TV's I was interested in and answered all the questions I had at the time. He also informed me about the Total Tech program which was perfect for me since I wanted this new TV to be the first mounted TV in our house. I was not aware of this program so I was very happy that he brought it up. He also answered more questions I had during subsequent visits as well as over the phone. I couldn't have asked for a better rep to help me with my TV and surround sound system purchase.

    This was my second time having Edge Cadet as my home consultant. The first time led to an order of a small TV and Roku stick. This time resulted in the purchase of a much larger and more expensive LG TV. I lucked out in having Edge has my consultant. He was attentive to my concerns and needs during the home visit and afterwards in a fairly extended email exchange. I had lot of questions and he was very prompt, detailed, and clear in his answers. There was a problem in processing my credit card to complete the order, which resulted in another home visit. I truly appreciated his willingness to do what was needed to process the order. He has a professional and calm demeanor -- important for a nervous buyer like me. I recommend him highly. (The installation went well too even when the first unit delivered turned out to be defective so another one had to be located.)

    Matt has our two presentation TVs working together

    It was a delight working with Matt Baker. We had rather unusual request to have two TV that showed the same Power Point presentations at the same time. Matt came up with the solution very quickly. It was also very difficult to find a path to run the wires. We could not figure out how to do it. He kept us informed of the status of our order and it was completed on time and in time for an important presentation we had planned. I would recommend him to anyone and will surely use him next time I have an installation. Kudos to Matt.

    Kyle was very helpful, was patient, answered all my questions and made suggestions that I followed. The Geek Squad subsequently installed a large TV (77inches) and a soundbar over our fireplace. The install was perfect, couldn't be more pleased. They ensured that the TV, Soundbar and Cable remote were all synced and working properly. They went on-line registered the product and ensured that the WIFI was connected. In the future I will insist on the Geek Squad and NOT use their outside service provider (had a bad experience!)
