Great Consultation but Installation not optimal

Since we bought multiple products from Bestbuy I had numerous interactions with the follow up. Bought a refrigerator they left in the box and departed. Had Logitech remotes installed and the service was outstanding took his time and did job right. The home network & sonos installation did not go as hoped and having trouble with network now. No follow up from the team after several thousand in Bestbuy purchases.
