Had all the answers for audio video total smart home integration. Remote location of all components, no wires showing at tv.

Initial consultation was great. Purchased a $6000 appliance package nine weeks ago. I still don’t have a working dishwasher. The third-party installer they sent out, not only installed a broken dishwasher, but they broke the shut off valve under my sink which resulted in a leak one month ago they were to send me a replacement which arrived damaged. I waited another week second dishwasher damaged last week they sent out another dishwasher which never came off the truck because the delivery person stated he was not trained to uninstall the existing dishwasher and install the new one. Tomorrow will mark the fourth time I am awaiting a working dishwasher that is not damaged I just received my washer and dryer two weeks ago… the dishwasher was supposed to be delivered September 23 two weeks ago was October 14. . then waited another week to get the dryer installed. I attempted to follow up with Jason the person who did the consultation who ignored numerous emails, phone calls and texts. I then reached out to the supervisor at the store via email numerous times he to drop the ball and never responded I have spoken to the one 800 number more times in the last nine weeks than I have spoken to my family. Each person gives you diametrically opposite information. Nobody owns it. No one takes responsibility just blanket apologies. I am disgusted with the lack of follow up with the condition of the product and overall experience! Best Buy has lost my business, I expected so much more from Best Buy. Epic fail on every level!
