The one called, I think, site survey with an installation rep was great. The one I believe they call the in house consultation was average, at best (hence the average score above) I already knew exactly what I wanted including model numbers. Got the quote, but didn’t include price match. Was told they couldn’t without nullifying whirlpool offer. Finally just had to go to store to order. Store manager was very helpful though too.
