Didn't Really Answer My Needs

Definitely seemed like she had a preconceived idea on what people should get. After sharing the information of what I wanted and informing of my current setup she left and sent me a email with what I should do. The problem is that she had the wrong information and was the same thing she told me at my place and but the info she had was wrong. My suggestions is do your own research and make your own decisions.

Best Buy GET IT TOGETHER!

Had the exact same experience on two separate occasions using different stores: the scheduling was easy and the consultation was helpful, but then they completely dropped the ball after that point. They stopped responding and never followed up to finalize the proposal and scope of work. They lost the business and I had to go elsewhere to get the work done, a lose-lose for everyone involved. BOTH TIMES. This service is a great idea, but something is structurally wrong with how they’re running it. Management needs to get the program sorted out and train its sales rep how to communicate, follow-up and follow-through.
