Initial consultation was good. However, "education" aspect of installation was inadequate, and installers failed to recognize that equipment did not work with one TV. Consultant failed to respond to several text questions sent by me after the installation. Just not a good experience. To be clear, once we figured out how to use the equipment, we're pleased with it. Our disappointment is with the installation education/inadequate testing experience, and with the consultant's post-installation failure to respond to our inquiries.

The sales guy talked us into buying a sony sound bar and a sub woofer. Now having bought them -- there is a constant problem with the sound bar not connecting to the TV -- NO SOUND! cant watch TV without sound...right?? I called and we emailed the sales guy THREE times and no response. This is not good....

On time, had it done quickly and were very helpful on both trips!!!
