This started off well when we went through the planning process with the consultant. However during the actual installation process, most of those installs did not go well as Bestbuy seems to hire incompetent third parties. This first install was a tv and sound at which had to be redone because it was installed as if the guy was off the street. The consultant did help me out to correct the issue that time. The next was some smart switches I purchased through him. I did complain to my consultant about the smart switches when the third party had no idea of how to install them as the guy admitted he was not an electrician. The consultant really didn't seem to care too much as he first suggested that I call an electrician which meant I would have to pay 300 instead of 50 with the program I purchased at Bestbuy. Instead of trying to work another solution, he just told me that he would return my money as if he just said "Screw this, I don't want to try for another solution." I now really don't have much confidence in having anything installed unless it's the actual Geek Squad. I just ended up returning the switches at the store. A team member at the store really hyped this consultant up but he didn't live up to it.

We did not have Geek Squad to install our tv You sent us Innovative Solutions. We have some audio issues which they are attempting to correct
