Delayed Install

I purchased over $6,500.00 worth of home theater equipment which was delivered on time; however, Geek Squad refuses to install my product. Currently, I have $6,500.00 worth of equipment sitting in boxes. Meanwhile, Best Buy is still making me make payments for services I have yet to receive. It's been almost a month and the install has been rescheduled for April 8th; however, I am not optimistic that it will take place.
