Two guys from the Geek Squad came to install a 65” TV on a wall mount and a Blue Ray player.

Excellent technician : he knew exactly what to do, timely and efficient. And very polite. Highly recommend him !!

It was easy to make the appointment over the phone. Ariad showed up right on time and immediately sized up what we needed and helped us select the right TV for our room. He walked us through his recommendations and our order. Delivery was arranged and the Geek Squad had everything installed and running quickly and without any problems. We had gone into the store the week before to see about scouting out TV's. There were 12 people in line in front of us for the one person's attention. Good for Best Buy that there were that many customers - not good for me. I knew about the in home stuff and wanted to go that route anyway just to make certain that before I had merchandise delivered it would fit and be the right equipment to go with our lighting and sunlight. Ariad suggested a higher end TV because we have intense sunlight in the room. The picture is 100% better than what we had. TV's are more complicated. Why go it alone when you can use an expert. I have already recommended in home consultation to two of my friends who are moving into new houses. I would do it again if we ever move.

Dustin was awesome. We were replacing a wall oven/microwave combo so fit was a major concern. Also, I wanted to increase holiday meal prep capacity by adding a convection feature to the microwave. Speed of delivery was also a factor because Easter family dinner was just around the corner. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable of the products that Best Buy provided. We reviewed specifications and decided on the Whirlpool. The unit was delivered and installed as promised. I was pleased with the unit until I realized that the microwave did not have the convection feature as stated in the specifications. I contacted Dustin and he was at our house immediately. After digging deeper into manufacturer specifications in their online manuals, Dustin learned that the web description was not accurate and it did not have the convection feature. He identified another manufacturers unit that would be all requirements and immediately placed it on order. The replacement unit is due in May. If it works as advertised, I will be extremely pleased and will seek Dustin out for advice on future appliance purchases.

We needed advice on how to retrofit a new tv in an existing cabinet and update and simplify our antiquated surround system. We were unsure what size tv would fit and what kind of sound system would serve our needs. Our home expert, Grace, was personable, patient, extremely knowledgable about products and placement. She was a great communicator both before, during and after our appointment. After carefully measuring our space and asking thoughtful questions about how we used our tv, she made excellent recommendations and then helped us with the order process and with scheduling our installation. She made it easy for us and we didn't have to be anxious that the new equipment would fit. We couldn't be happier with the service and with our new tv and sound bar. Thanks, Grace!

Conner was wonderful to work with on the day I came in to purchase my side by side Whirlpool refrigerator. I was not sure my measurements were entirely correct and this was a larger unit than what we purchased from Best Buy 23 years ago. Conner offered to drive to my home to measure my space that day. He came out, measured my refrigerator space and we drove back to the store. Conner was very professional and provided outstanding service to me where I purchased the refrigerator having the knowledge that it would fit and keaving the store with no worries of my purchase. Our consultant, Phillip was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of our appliances and TV selections for our new home. He made our decision making and purchasing process very easy.

I was in need of a new remote for my home theater since Logitech no longer supports the Harmony Hub I had been using. I initially purchased a Sofabaton remote online that was extremely buggy. Finally decided to get a URC remote. I called Magnolia in Pleasant Hill and spoe with Kelly Bathurst who made the purchase smooth and simple and handled the entire transaction over the phone. Technician came a few days later and installed the preprogrammed URC-UMX1400i which had all the macros built in. The remote communicates with the TV as well as components within a cabinet. Remote is working like a charm. Thanks Kelly!

We needed help with a smart TV and soundbar, a new gas range and refrigerator, and a Ring outdoor cam security system. Our in home consultant provided excellent service by visiting our home, and making sure the products we were choosing were the right fit, and appropriate to our needs. She was very attentive to our questions, and provided all of the information we needed promptly. All of the products were also delivered promptly and set up by the Total Tech staff, and all have been functioning very well since then. We truly are very happy and satisfied with our experience at Best Buy and will be sure select it again in the future for any additional products we need.

Was in Best Buy store looking at 4K and 8K tv's. Samsung sales lead/expert said either now (before Black Friday) or during Super Bowl weekend were usually the best time to buy tv's at the best discounted pricing. This person also suggested we have a home consultation at no cost. He also did a good job of showing and telling us the difference the various 4K models and the 8K. Set up an appointment for consultation; had pretty much decided on 8K before she arrived. We showed her how we wanted to move our 55" 4K, 3D tv to the basement and she helped us decide that a 65" would not be too big for the area we needed to place the new tv. She spent time looking up information if our hanging tv stand was heavy enough for the new tv. Also looked up our existing sound bar to see if it would work as well. We ordered the new tv while she was there and a couple days later we noticed a Best Buy add with match pricing that was $500 less; she took care of this as well after we called her. We decided to go with the home delivery and set up. Were very pleased with their work as well. They had to switch our 2 tv stands from basement to first floor and hooked up all units in working order. Were careful and liked the way they used plastic ties tying all the cables together.

Taylor gave me recommendations on placement of TVs near our fire pit and hot tub. He also gave me suggestions for the best tv and mount combination as well as sound bars.

On time and communicated ckearly. Answered all my questions. Reasonable pricing

Terry Pearson analyzed our needs perfectly. He sent a cost and item proposal which met our needs. He coordinated the installation perfectly.

We needed help with installation of our SmartTV and connection to our DVD player in a closet off the hallway. We also needed help trying to boost our internet signal throughout the house. The Best Buy Geek Squad home consultant was very straightforward and helped us find the most practical and most cost-effective solutions. No hard sell. We decided to use all of the solutions they suggested, and even ended up saving even more money when we went to pay for the services in-store. We were very happy with the installation job they did on the TV and remote DVD player as well as the installation of a mesh network to enhance our wireless coverage throughout the house. Everything is working well and we're very happy overall with the recommendations, service and follow-up we've received.

We were totally pleased with Jordan F. Since we had very little tecky experience, Jordan was super helpful in helping us pick the right equipment out for a TV and stereo setup while keeping our budget in mind, And throughout the entire process he made himself available to answer all my questions and concerns. And the installation teams he provided were completely knowledgeable, and definately made several adjustments to make sure it was easy for us to operate and hide all the wires vs the way I had them all cluttered up. I can't say enough about Jordan and his crews , they deserve a higher rating for going above and beyond for customer service when that seems to be lacking these days from most businesses. Once again, they were simply GREAT

Our expert arrived on time and was very personable. I enjoyed working with him. I had never had an in-home consultant before. During our visit, he did not answer his phone, explaining we were his primary concern and that he would follow up on the business calls he received later on, after he was done with us. I appreciated that, as taking his calls would have lengthened the appointment. He also said we should expect the same treatment if we were to call after he left. We explained our situation, having bought a TV and a house with previously installed wall/ceiling speakers. We needed to link them together. He recommended a receiver and subwoofer and gave me time to research them further. I ended up upgrading his suggested items and he incorporated the changes over the phone. He then followed up with me to verify when the Geek Squad would come out to install the items and to see if I received the ordered products. He also worked with me to separate the products into two orders to maximize my benefits. I received more than I expected from this free service.

This is not the first time I've worked with Christopher and it won't be the last. As with my first purchase and installment of a new dishwasher, which went perfectly because of Christopher and Best Buys GREAT teams in the field, so went my 2nd Purchase, Christopher came to my house checked everything out and was followed a couple of days later by an incredibly efficient, professional and friendly team who delivered, mounted and set up my new Sony Bravia OLED 4K HD tv. THEN the team took away my old, very heavy Plasma TV and made the whole experience not only easy but also pleasant. Best Buy is my permanent GO TO store from now on!

First, I must state that I am a Sr person who hasn't kept current with technology. The thought of upgrading was over whelming and paralyzing. I needed help. Being able to have an at home consultation was a perfect way to go. Drew Hutcherson--absolutely great! He asked questions, listened, made suggestions. I felt so relieved. We met at the store, reviewed various products, went over pros & cons related to my needs. When I made my purchases, I felt assured that I'd made the right choices. Everything I hoped would happen did happen. I am over the moon happy with my new computer & Laptop. I would, without a doubt, refer Drew to everyone I know.
