    We needed help with a smart TV and soundbar, a new gas range and refrigerator, and a Ring outdoor cam security system. Our in home consultant provided excellent service by visiting our home, and making sure the products we were choosing were the right fit, and appropriate to our needs. She was very attentive to our questions, and provided all of the information we needed promptly. All of the products were also delivered promptly and set up by the Total Tech staff, and all have been functioning very well since then. We truly are very happy and satisfied with our experience at Best Buy and will be sure select it again in the future for any additional products we need.

    Jake and Evan were really great! They both worked so hard and so diligently to get our TV and modem and routers set up and they made sure we were set up with the apps we needed on our smart TVs. They worked through problems they encountered getting our YouTube TV to work and dealt with all the things that needed to be done with our internet carrier. They also spent a great deal of time teaching us how to use the remotes, how to operate the TV and all the TV channels and taught us how to problem shoot. We were also encouraged to contact Jake if we had questions or ran into problems and we were made to feel comfortable if we needed to do so. Again, these guys made what would have been a totally baffling mystery to us easy, and we definitely appreciate all they did. Five stars, thumbs up!

    Great Home Theater Remote

    I was in need of a new remote for my home theater since Logitech no longer supports the Harmony Hub I had been using. I initially purchased a Sofabaton remote online that was extremely buggy. Finally decided to get a URC remote. I called Magnolia in Pleasant Hill and spoe with Kelly Bathurst who made the purchase smooth and simple and handled the entire transaction over the phone. Technician came a few days later and installed the preprogrammed URC-UMX1400i which had all the macros built in. The remote communicates with the TV as well as components within a cabinet. Remote is working like a charm. Thanks Kelly!

    I had looked carefully at speakers for some time. I had Polk, I had friends and family that had Polk and I was partial to them as a 70s startup. I settle on the Reserve R700s fronts and R400 center. The first person I went to convinced me that Martin Logan speakers on sale were even much more expensive and exclusive. I listened to them, the sound stage reduced you to sitting in a single chair for optimum listening. I held on purchasing the MLs, then became frustrated and later even angry. I found Allen and he allowed me to commit to the purchase I wanted - without pushback. The soundstage is very broad with the R700s and I couldn't be happier. Critical reviews that focus on the science of speakers and not the price tag, they all agree the R700s are great speakers and I wholeheartedly agree. Thank you Allen for facilitating the smooth and prompt purchase and delivery of what I wanted in the first place.

    We were remodeling our den and wanted to update our TV and sound system. We visited a Best Buy store and set up an appointment with an in home Technician. The communication prior to the appointment as to date and time was continuous. Our Technician arrived on the scheduled appointment and reviewed our project asking us questions about what we were looking for, once we finished the review he made several great suggestions as to what he thought we needed and what we could use from our existing equipment. We received a proposal on the day he said, completed the purchase and scheduled installation all in one call. What really impressed me has been his follow up after the sale! We are extremely happy with our new products and installation from Best Buy.

    "Savannah" is excellent. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional. We've bought major appliances from her, and each time we did, we felt completely at ease as if we knew her a long time and she "got us". She got what we wanted, what we needed, and she made great suggestions and advice. We've been very happy with the appliances she recommended, and she basically hit the target each time.

    This is not the first time I've worked with Christopher and it won't be the last. As with my first purchase and installment of a new dishwasher, which went perfectly because of Christopher and Best Buys GREAT teams in the field, so went my 2nd Purchase, Christopher came to my house checked everything out and was followed a couple of days later by an incredibly efficient, professional and friendly team who delivered, mounted and set up my new Sony Bravia OLED 4K HD tv. THEN the team took away my old, very heavy Plasma TV and made the whole experience not only easy but also pleasant. Best Buy is my permanent GO TO store from now on!

    First, I must state that I am a Sr person who hasn't kept current with technology. The thought of upgrading was over whelming and paralyzing. I needed help. Being able to have an at home consultation was a perfect way to go. Drew Hutcherson--absolutely great! He asked questions, listened, made suggestions. I felt so relieved. We met at the store, reviewed various products, went over pros & cons related to my needs. When I made my purchases, I felt assured that I'd made the right choices. Everything I hoped would happen did happen. I am over the moon happy with my new computer & Laptop. I would, without a doubt, refer Drew to everyone I know.

    Sports / Game-room Loft setup

    For years, I've been wanting to setup a gaming room / sports lounge in my home. I never had the space to do so, but recently moved into a home that allowed me to make this happen. Joshua was my sales consultant and came over and talked me through what I was hoping for, and what the possibilities were. We talked through a number of different options, and came up with something that would be perfect for me. Josh was very knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Not only was Josh great with the consultation, the geek squad team that installed my tech were fantastic as well. I couldn't be happier with the final product. Thank you so much!

    I recently had the good fortune to work with Ray Rivera from the Manchester Best Buy location. He was totally awesome! Very knowledgeable, very professional, helped plan our whole (new) home TV - purchases and installations. He was courteous and solicitous, made sure all of our needs were met. Facilitated all of the purchases, including mounts and supplies. Set up the installation team for us. Made perfect recommendations and suggestions, worked closely with us through the process. Even checked in to make sure everything was done correctly. Ray Rivera is a total asset to Best Buy. This is an awesome service that is offered, I’m so grateful we met him and were able to avail ourselves of his services. Keep up the good work, Best Buy!

    When I made the decision to discontinue DIRECTV and instead opt to only stream shows instead, I started having WiFi connectivity issues with one of my TVs. This TV was located at the opposite end of the house from where the gateway modem/router was located. Initially Best Buy associates suggested installing the Amazon TV Fire Stick on that TV, since that was the most inexpensive option. The WiFi card on the Fire Stick would be newer/more updated than the one on my 3 year old TV. That worked for a few months, but then the WiFi connectivity problem resurfaced. At this point, the BB consultant recommended the following: request an updated gateway modem/router from my Internet provider and buy an eeros mesh network system. I did both and I'm pleased that I haven't had any more WiFi connectivity issues.

    What an easy process! The professional who came to my home was NOT a Salesman. He was a true consultant. The process did not leave me with any anxiety or lead me down rabbit holes wondering what the best appliances were. I simply gave him what I thought was a reasonable budget and he delivered products that exceeded my expectations. Delivery teams were excellent as well. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience. Great job Mike (my consultant), and great job Best Buy! Would recommend this service to anyone no matter your price range/budget!

    As we all know Coronavirus has all bought everything thing to a halt, after months of waiting I finally was able to get my movie room equipment installed.The guys arrived in 2 Geek Squad vans like the Calvary they came in 4 of them got right to work top of the line Epson Projector all the works surround sound, 4k DVD.etc it is amazing and worth the wait,they were extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and even watch me use the harmony elite to make sure I understood how to use it, they set everything up so I would not have to move or change any settings which was important to me. I am very pleased so far with the out come,I also like the fact that they did not rush the job,also they all wore mask, as did I All my equipment working perfectly which had been in unopened boxes. I would recommend this service and Best Buy my only concern is that it took a while before my personal advisor would get back to me if at all for questions via email or leaving messages on phone that was a negative for me, however all in all a good experience.

    We had installed Range hood Zephyr brand.. from the day installed the air circulation has been bad and it messed up entire kitchen. We have called innumerable times and many experts came with no avail. This issue ran for more than 3 years. Finally we were frustrated and called Best Buy to replace with new hood. Ethan showed up patiently looked at the diagnosed and found that the model is circulating air instead of pushing out. He suggested a better ranged hood and we installed new ranged hood after that the issue has been resolved. Ethan is very courteous, thoroughly professional, carefully listen to the issue and suggested a solution. Best professional to work with. Way to go Ethan!

    She was knowledgeable, personable and I cannot believe the follow up . She followed up with phone and or text after normal business hours. I actually felt bad that a retail person was working that hard. She resolved my problems quite efficiently. I will note that their was a Spectrum modem and my MESH wireless installed and advised to disconnect the Spectrum wifi. This was quite sound advice and reasoning. However when installing the Arlo Pro cameras I needed access to one of several ports that Arlo cameras require. The only way to access those ports was to reconnect the Spectrum WiFi. This involved several hours of online tech support, outside Best Buy's support reach. Furtunately, while working with Spectrum I was able to reconnect before their tech. I do have everything I requested. You are very luck to have this tech on your team.

    Exceptional Consultation Experience

    Rodney is an excellent consultant! I needed help on two projects. One was a complicated appliance order requiring coordination and additional information form the manufacturer. He tirelessly worked through the details and got everything sorted out always maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The second project was for a home theater. Rodney took great care explaining all the options and saw everything through to completion, sometimes necessitating him to work while out of town! He did so without complaint and focused on making sure everything went well. I will always look to buy from Best Buy because I know I have such fine professional and personal support from Rodney.
