Terrible service

Best Buy is continuing to charge my account for items without my permission. I've made several requests to have all the equipment removed and 100% refund. Every request is ignored. Arianna keeps assuring me that it will be made right but it's been almost 2 months and still not correct. Very disappointed!

Once the project got started all went as planned.
