We were in the market for a full service electronics company. Best Buy provided everything we needed. From in home consultation to installation they had great professional people. We are older and are not tech savvy. They explained everything about the TV’s on the market so we could get the best for our needs. They then sent professional installers that were amazing. They explained the installation process and gave us comfort that our property would be taken care of. The installers set up the TV and explained how to work the remote. We were encouraged to call if we had any questions after they left. Best Buy is a great company and most of all they have fantastic professional personnel.

From start to finish our Best Buy experience was all that we had hoped for and felt very “old-school“ in a good sense. By that I mean Brian Jones the Planner came to our house and helped us specifically plan what we needed, helped us order it, and arranged for delivery and install. We never even had to go to the store! Then a few days later Randy showed up and helped us put it all together. Carried all of the items to be installed up 61 steps to our house and then 13 more to our main floor. He put everything together for us 80 year olds , and made sure everything worked and we knew how to use it. Our Samsung 55” TV and sound bar are working! My husband is soooo happy! It doesn’t get any better than that! These guys are worth their weight in gold! Best Buy is an amazing team! And whoever thought to put the whole package together is a gift to us all.

Cal was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He helped us to purchase a microwave that would fit into our existing space. He also helped my husband purchase a new Sony 65 inch tv and Sonos sound bar. He knows everything about all of the products we were interested in, and he is efficient with scheduling. He also helped us with purchasing headphones and a couple other products. We are so appreciative to have found someone who works for Best Buy who is competent and personable. Thank you, Cal! We hope you continue to work at this Best Buy! He needs a raise!

Mikie called the day after I visited a store and inquired about appliances and a consult. He came two days later. He was knowledgeable, offered great suggestions for our somewhat challenging project, old house odd sizes. He kept us informed every step of the way after purchase. Some items were backordered but I had his direct number and was able to contact him anytime during the process. He responded promptly every time. We were so impressed by this level of service. We love everything we ordered. We went with GE appliances.

Needed help with a new TV purchase and an option to plug in an older Wii having RCA plugs with the new TV. Sean Ulrich, our consultant was super helpful. He seems to know the TV product line forwards and backwards, inside and out is familiar with virtually every feature I had any question about. Throughout our prospective purchase Sean was respectful, professional, friendly, patient and as mentioned earlier extremely knowledgeable. Sean communicated regularly throughout the process of purchase through delivery. What was also greatly appreciated was the solution he found after consulting with the Geek squad for our Wii dilemma.

Jon was excellent and very helpful. My only issue was when our installer came to install he asked if we told John we were on a budget because some of the things we purchased were not great quality. I did tell Jon I wanted do be able to integrate things easily so that may have been why. I do wish we had gone ahead and purchased a higher installed end sound system as the Sonos Move isn’t working as we wanted for easy music outside. Installer thought we couldn’t afford more and we expected to spend much more. Maybe because our house was a mess and kitchen is mid remodel he thought we were looking for low budget versus higher end sound system. Wi-fi mesh has been great- but modem didn’t work with what we currently have. Maybe if the in home person communicates with the installer we would have felt better about the process in the end.

Purchased a new 55" OLED 4K Sony TV, Sony receiver and Blu-ray. The services provided by Magnolia in the Cary store were very much appreciated. We were given a lot of personal attention and all our questions were answered. We had some difficulties with some of the equipment, which necessitated swapping out both the original 4K LED TV to an OLED 4K model and replacing the Blu-ray ( due to the new Blu-ray developing some operational problems), However, this was all handled very professionally by Magnolia personnel. I was assured that everything would be handled to our satisfaction, which it was. I have a lot of praise for the various people we dealt with at the Cary store. They were incredibly helpful, Very knowledgeable about all the equipment, extremely patient with us and our swapping-outs and made sure, in the end, that we were completely satisfied with the end results. I would also like to mention our in-home consultant, from the Fayetteville store who made several trips out to our house, doing the initial consultation, programming our universal remote, walking us through the use of several features we were unfamiliar with. He was extremely helpful. Overall, a great experience...

I needed help ensuring a washer/dryer would fit around a tricky corner in my house after Lowe's said they could fit the units and then failed. Amanda listened carefully, took thorough measurements, and helped me find the same units I bought from Lowe's plus a smaller back up set in case the original units didn't fit. She also told me what would happen next and when it would happen. Thanks to her and the delivery team, the same units Lowe's couldn't deliver are currently right where I wanted them and are exactly what I needed. Amanda also offered suggestions for products I might need, but she wasn't pushy or aggressively trying to upsell me. I would absolutely work with her again.

We needed help with TVs and SONOS and Michael Curran was excellent helping us navigate and make selections for what was needed in our new home. We love our system!

Ryan knows his stuff! My husband and I were filled with gratitude when we were introduced to Ryan to help us with our TV purchases. He came to our home for a consultation, listened to our needs and made an appointment at the store to make our selections. Finding someone like Ryan is such a blessing. The delivery and installations went smoothly and on time! Another vendor disappointed us with a 3 day delay with our appliances, so we cancelled and reached out to Ryan who helped us get what we needed in record time! When you find someone who has the knowledge and sense of customer care, that person has a customer for however long he stays with Best Buy. Thank you Ryan!

I have to say, what a wonderful Buying Experience. I wanted to upgrade my tv & receiver that were at least 14 years old. Adam was awesome; came out to my house and understand all of my requirements, goals, etc. I have to say, I put Adam through the 'ringer' and he was extremely patient as I was just indecisive on a few different options; he was very accommodating, very patient, ave me multiple proposals until I was satisfied. I purchased a new Sony 65" 4K OLED, new 4K Yamaha Receiver, 4K Apple TV for streaming, and a new Harmony Remote. The installation team was excellent; cleaned up all the boxes & packaging & hauled it away. Trust me, I'm a tough critic, but this experience was A+. Excellent job everyone and thanks again to Adam for his patience and excellent customer service. Well done!!!

Benjamin Abert is amazing! We built were in the process of building our house and wanted a new system for entertainment. We met him at the store and went through a few different sound systems and tv options. He had great recommendations about what to go with now and how we could easily add on speakers in the future. He came onsite during the construction process to ensure what we had spoken about in the store would work for our new home. The entire time, Ben was on top of delivery and ensuring product was available to install (pandemic shortages). He was always available to us even when he wasn’t in the store. Ben was amazing from start to finish. He never pushed one sound system or TV over another. He showed us all the options and let us make the decisions without any pressure. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none.

Good afternoon, it was a pleasure working with Mallisa! She was very patient and helpful to my parents and I. Our household was delivered a defective dishwasher on the installation date. As soon as Mallisa received word she assisted us with ordering a new dishwasher and scheduling a date much sooner than we expected. Our experience with her was amazing. She returned our phone calls and texts very promptly! I will recommend my family and friends to her. Thank you Mallisa for your assistance in our purchases.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Tariq while purchasing a projector, and I must say, his service was exceptional. Tariq was not only friendly and approachable, but also impressively knowledgeable about the products. He took the extra time to thoroughly explain my options and guide me through the selection process, ensuring I made a well-informed decision. His dedication and expertise truly made my shopping experience outstanding. I highly recommend Tariq for anyone needing expert advice and a genuinely helpful service.

This is more of a review about the actual installation. Bill was the lead Rock Star, and Greg was his right hand man, and Co-rock star they did a FANTASTIC job installing, explaining, and demonstrating all the products they installed. Bill used flexibility, and ingenuity while explaining the different options(pros and cons) we had with our set-up, because the pre-wire by the home builders was not done correctly. The end result was much better than our original idea. Not only did Bill, and Greg install and mount 7 TVs, 4 in ceiling speakers, and theater sound system they did that all in one day! The appointment was scheduled for 1 and 1/2 days. Greg even told us of a sale Best Buy had on DVD players that week. So we took his advice and added it to our theater system. I can’t express how happy we are with everything; the installation, equipment, and professionalism, of these Geek Squad members! Thanks again, Bill and Greg!
