We wanted to replace our washer and dryer and I had scheduled an in home consultation. On the day of the appointment i didnt receive any confirmation and apparently the person who was supposed to help me was double booked so we rescheduled to next day. Again next day no confirmation until 2 hours before the appointment so i had to just sit there and wait around. I would hardly get any response on text messages or on phone calls. Once they came in, it was hardly for 10 minutes and I was promised that a quote will be sent to me in a day. It has been 3 days and no quote yet and also I dont get proper responses. its like they dont want to sell their stuff. Very unprofessional.
