    Needed help with a new TV purchase and an option to plug in an older Wii having RCA plugs with the new TV. Sean Ulrich, our consultant was super helpful. He seems to know the TV product line forwards and backwards, inside and out is familiar with virtually every feature I had any question about. Throughout our prospective purchase Sean was respectful, professional, friendly, patient and as mentioned earlier extremely knowledgeable. Sean communicated regularly throughout the process of purchase through delivery. What was also greatly appreciated was the solution he found after consulting with the Geek squad for our Wii dilemma.

    As we all know Coronavirus has all bought everything thing to a halt, after months of waiting I finally was able to get my movie room equipment installed.The guys arrived in 2 Geek Squad vans like the Calvary they came in 4 of them got right to work top of the line Epson Projector all the works surround sound, 4k DVD.etc it is amazing and worth the wait,they were extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and even watch me use the harmony elite to make sure I understood how to use it, they set everything up so I would not have to move or change any settings which was important to me. I am very pleased so far with the out come,I also like the fact that they did not rush the job,also they all wore mask, as did I All my equipment working perfectly which had been in unopened boxes. I would recommend this service and Best Buy my only concern is that it took a while before my personal advisor would get back to me if at all for questions via email or leaving messages on phone that was a negative for me, however all in all a good experience.

    Jon was excellent and very helpful. My only issue was when our installer came to install he asked if we told John we were on a budget because some of the things we purchased were not great quality. I did tell Jon I wanted do be able to integrate things easily so that may have been why. I do wish we had gone ahead and purchased a higher installed end sound system as the Sonos Move isn’t working as we wanted for easy music outside. Installer thought we couldn’t afford more and we expected to spend much more. Maybe because our house was a mess and kitchen is mid remodel he thought we were looking for low budget versus higher end sound system. Wi-fi mesh has been great- but modem didn’t work with what we currently have. Maybe if the in home person communicates with the installer we would have felt better about the process in the end.

    Home consultant a must!

    We needed a lot of help. We grew up without all them fancy technology boxes and Mr Dowden was super patient, kind and accommodating. We needed a tv and he sent me descriptions of bunches. Then he sent me really nice pictures of what they looked like and I was flabbergasted. Now my room looks like a space command center or fancy, tiny little theater. He even got me the best deal instead of just trying to make a bunch of money. He will be blessed no doubt. Home consultant is the only way to go now to keep up with all these new gadgets and wizardy stuff.

    Amanda succeeded where Lowe's failed.

    I needed help ensuring a washer/dryer would fit around a tricky corner in my house after Lowe's said they could fit the units and then failed. Amanda listened carefully, took thorough measurements, and helped me find the same units I bought from Lowe's plus a smaller back up set in case the original units didn't fit. She also told me what would happen next and when it would happen. Thanks to her and the delivery team, the same units Lowe's couldn't deliver are currently right where I wanted them and are exactly what I needed. Amanda also offered suggestions for products I might need, but she wasn't pushy or aggressively trying to upsell me. I would absolutely work with her again.

    Ryan knows his stuff! My husband and I were filled with gratitude when we were introduced to Ryan to help us with our TV purchases. He came to our home for a consultation, listened to our needs and made an appointment at the store to make our selections. Finding someone like Ryan is such a blessing. The delivery and installations went smoothly and on time! Another vendor disappointed us with a 3 day delay with our appliances, so we cancelled and reached out to Ryan who helped us get what we needed in record time! When you find someone who has the knowledge and sense of customer care, that person has a customer for however long he stays with Best Buy. Thank you Ryan!

    The Real Deal

    From start to finish our Best Buy experience was all that we had hoped for and felt very “old-school“ in a good sense. By that I mean Brian Jones the Planner came to our house and helped us specifically plan what we needed, helped us order it, and arranged for delivery and install. We never even had to go to the store! Then a few days later Randy showed up and helped us put it all together. Carried all of the items to be installed up 61 steps to our house and then 13 more to our main floor. He put everything together for us 80 year olds , and made sure everything worked and we knew how to use it. Our Samsung 55” TV and sound bar are working! My husband is soooo happy! It doesn’t get any better than that! These guys are worth their weight in gold! Best Buy is an amazing team! And whoever thought to put the whole package together is a gift to us all.

    She was knowledgeable, personable and I cannot believe the follow up . She followed up with phone and or text after normal business hours. I actually felt bad that a retail person was working that hard. She resolved my problems quite efficiently. I will note that their was a Spectrum modem and my MESH wireless installed and advised to disconnect the Spectrum wifi. This was quite sound advice and reasoning. However when installing the Arlo Pro cameras I needed access to one of several ports that Arlo cameras require. The only way to access those ports was to reconnect the Spectrum WiFi. This involved several hours of online tech support, outside Best Buy's support reach. Furtunately, while working with Spectrum I was able to reconnect before their tech. I do have everything I requested. You are very luck to have this tech on your team.

    Brandon was so easy to talk with. He was concerned that he understood our needs and restrictions in our kitchen. He has been very accepting of our need to switch refrigerators and helped us pick it out, graciously. He has met us at our convenience and was present when we finished our financial obligation. I will certainly recommend him and the service he provides for Best Buy. You employ quite a talented young man. Thank you, Brandon.

    Michael was very helpful in selecting and then exchanging both a stove top and a double oven. There were problems with both items on initial delivery and he was a big help in correcting the situation. I should also mention that there was a huge difference in the capabilities of the installers between the initial install and the replacements. The second team was much more knowledgeable and more flexible in handling several installation issues.

    What a great service this is and you found the best person to send. I cannot express how happy we were with Cameron. We weren't sure of the model TV or Size. Cameron took the time and discussed our options. His recommendations were spot on. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable. He listened to us. The best part he ordered our devices and sent in the invoice. (so much better doing it at home rather than standing at a register. The best part is having a person to call with any concerns. Cameron is so patient. I am very impressed with your representative and this service.

    Home Consultation Service - Two Thumbs Up!

    We came to Best Buy with questions about how to update our home entertainment system. We were referred to their home consultation team and within a week had a recommendation for a completely new system including all of the necessary equipment and an appointment for installation. We had great communication throughout the process and are very pleased with the service and final result! Thank you to Sam and Jack at Best Buy for their assistance and expertise!

    Happy but not happy

    The man that came to my home, showed at my discretion some LG, and the ones that I saw a good review, so came to my LG over the counter range, and an LG microwave, but he tried to sell me a 500 dollar more with convection. I told Dave, that why should I need a convection microwave if I had a convection stove, and refused to buy that one and get the better one with microwave oven. I would have spent over 3000 with that microwave, and brought it down to 2200 with Microwave, dishwasher and over the counter range. I was happy with what I decided to buy, and got great price reduction on my range. When came time for the delivery, the men were not notified that I had a double oven, and the tools it would take to get it out, so my first delivery was aborted and I had to wait again for someone to deliver my products. The new team was not notified of the problem to take out my double heavy range, but the guys that came were very good and knew how to get it out, as the other guys apparently did not.

    We were in the market for two new appliances. Mikey Sanchez helped us select our appliances and within one week we had exactly what we wanted and both were delivered & installed without a hitch. Our old appliances were removed. Appliance purchases are a big deal and we were delighted with his knowledge, ideas and hints that helped us make decisions that we are very satisfied with. We are also glad that we were able to purchase a Total Tech package that saved us a good sum on money on the installs, old appliance removals and warrantees. The installers were really good; efficient, careful and informative. They left our home clean once they were finished. We will likely use Best Buy for all of our appliance needs in the future.

    Home internet functionality

    We needed work our weak home internet, new TV and Sonos equipment and security system. Dean came in to give us estimate and not upsell us on something we did not need. Install was quick, efficient and timely. ( Thanks Jasmin + 1) I got enrolled in some further service connection which I don't know if I will use or not. ( Hopefully not) Everything working as we has planned.

    Awesome Consultation - Excellent Buying Experience

    I have to say, what a wonderful Buying Experience. I wanted to upgrade my tv & receiver that were at least 14 years old. Adam was awesome; came out to my house and understand all of my requirements, goals, etc. I have to say, I put Adam through the 'ringer' and he was extremely patient as I was just indecisive on a few different options; he was very accommodating, very patient, ave me multiple proposals until I was satisfied. I purchased a new Sony 65" 4K OLED, new 4K Yamaha Receiver, 4K Apple TV for streaming, and a new Harmony Remote. The installation team was excellent; cleaned up all the boxes & packaging & hauled it away. Trust me, I'm a tough critic, but this experience was A+. Excellent job everyone and thanks again to Adam for his patience and excellent customer service. Well done!!!
