We didn't know much about the home security systems that were available, but with Adam's insight we were able to settle on our system

Wanted to purchase new microwave. The existing microwave was not heating up and it was a little complex due to the associated trim kit and the cupboard size. Wanted all this completed in 30 days. Stores suggested a home expert will do free consultation and this will be taken care. Home Expert was there, took measurements and suggested to buy a microwave that was in stock, placed order, product was delivered. Installation person came in a said the microwave will not fit in. He took the old one away and left the new one, had to go to the store again return this and place a new order. Microwave delivered but not able to schedule installation for 3 weeks. Total Tech does not help to prioritize the service for an earlier date, now just waiting for this project to be completed for past 3 weeks. Wondering value of service provided by the Home Expert and Total Tech !! DIY - is best option !!
