First didn’t come out when scheduled. I had to go into store to talk to manager and he got someone out quickly good job there. Then it gets worse the guy Calvin came out and didn’t really suggest anything. I basically decided what I wanted and he left. A couple of hours later I got the estimate again good. Then about 10 days later I decided to have it done so I called Calvin. He said he was on road and would call me back in about 20 minutes he never called. Two hours later I called and left a message no call back. Then about an hour later I called again and his voicemail was full. I tried for the next 3 days voicemail box always full. I went into store again and they did then take good care of me but I was thinking about going down to 3 cameras instead of 5 but they were no longer on sale so it was cheaper to stay with the 5. I also had it installed and they did a good job on that. Overall very mixed the store on e Washington st did great. Tony the manager was excellent but just the consultant hewas terrible.
