When the consultant was available or came to my house, the service was fantastic. When I had a follow-up or a question, I was left hanging. Maybe she was too busy or lacked the appropriate customer service skills...Either way, overall, I am disappointed and still have open issues and need a person to contact me to resolve.

A call to the Geek Squad gave me an appointment a week from now! I don’t feel like I should be experiencing these difficulties with a brand new (not cheap) TV and sound bar!
