I was extremely Pleased with Christian and his knowledge of the products I purchased from Best Buy. We replaced all of the kitchen appliances and added a mounted flat screen television in the family room. Christian is very professional, polite and definitely knows how to meet the needs of his customers. I would/have already recommended Christian to a friend and I will be referring family and friends to Best Buy and Christian MacKenzie. GREAT WORKING WITH BEST BUY AND STAFF!!! We knew the range and microwave we wanted to purchase but we were worried they might not fit in our older home. We called Ashley Glowinski the in home advisor who helped us make sure the refrigerator we wanted to purchase would fit in the space we had available. Ashley arrived and reassured us they would fit and match nicely with the refrigerator. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we thank Ashley for all her help with layout, ordering appliances and arranging delivery. The LG appliances are so easy to use and keep clean. Our kitchen really updates our older home!!

Super great experience with at home service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad.. Tom M and his team of both sales and installers was fantastic. All fine young men with great customer service. Tom and Andrew arrived on time, helped me select 3 appliances that were in stock and priced right, scheduled installation and provided great follow up . Right from the comfort of my kitchen counter !!! Additionally they were respectful of my property and time and adhered to Covid protocols which made me feel even better. Would def use this service again. Same for the installers who were polite, explained the use of the appliances, follow up service if necessary. Completely satisfied. Give them all a raise, promotion and free lunch!!!!

Best Buy crew got my network routers set up for full coverage, and reorginized my rack. They were very professional, showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job.

We had a problem setting up our new TV with our sound system that the Geek squad discovered so they suggested we get an in home consultation to try and solve the problem. We were very happy with Neville and the suggestions he made. He went above and beyond to try and make sure that we were happy with the solution and came back when we encountered another problem. He took it upon himself to find a way to make everything work without having to set up another appointment with the Geek squad. He gave us such great customer service that we decided to also have him suggest a few laptops since we were in the market of purchasing a new one. He sent me an email with different choices and prices and after speaking with him about a few things, I had him order me an Apple Macbook Pro. It was so much easier than going to the store and trying to figure out what to get! Would definitely recommend Neville if needing an in home consultation! He's prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with!

On March 15, my husband and I went looking for a dishwasher...and we found one at Best Buy. Our experience started with a young man who referred us to Frank Delgado who knew the differences in the appliance and answered our questions politely and in a friendly manner. He even came to our house and measured the area to ease our anxiety about whether the dishwasher would fit in the space we had. Our dishwasher was delivered two days later by two technicians who definitely knew what they were doing--they were quick and efficient and friendly. Since we were "geek squad" members, we received free delivery and free "take away" of our old dishwasher. What a surprise! And this surprise benefit was pointed out to us by the Best Buy employees. What a great group of guys!

We are building a new home in Florida. Matt not only assisted us in choosing the right televisions and security system for our new home, he contacted the Best Buy near our future home and made all the arrangements for delivery and installation. Not being tech savvy, Matt was very patient in explaining to us what we needed. Matt also dis a home consultation with us in our Connecticut home. We would be lost without Matt. He is now our "go to" person whenever we need a product that Best Buy sells. We will definitely tell our friends and relatives about Matt and Best Buy. What we thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a very pleasant and informative experience. Thank you, Matt.

We just moved to Tennessee from California we left all our tvs in California and needed new ones for our new home. We visited Best Buy in Knoxvile the floor salesman William suggested we a home visit to review our requirements and make product recommendations. Jason and Nick were very knowledgeable about products and what would work for us based on area and our wishes. We placed an order while they were there and received delivery estimate that met our needs. Product arrived on time delivered by Magnolia employees (2 very very nice employees) they spent a good part of the day installing 3 tvs, explaining in detail how to maneuver through the controls for each tv. The total experience from visiting the store through installation and follow up by Jason has been a total pleasure. I would highly recommend anyone searching for electronics who is not clear on exactly what they want to take advantage of the Best Buy in home evaluation. It will give you peace of mind in the end.

We came to Best Buy with questions about how to update our home entertainment system. We were referred to their home consultation team and within a week had a recommendation for a completely new system including all of the necessary equipment and an appointment for installation. We had great communication throughout the process and are very pleased with the service and final result! Thank you to Sam and Jack at Best Buy for their assistance and expertise!

Being disabled I needed help mounting my tv on the wall. Mitchel and Jesse, from the St Cloud, MN, store came out. Thet were truly "home experts". Not only did they mount my tv, but they adjusted my surround system, located my wifi router to a better location, and asked if they could help me with anything else. I was then given their business card and told to call them if I have any other questions, concerns, or problems, and they would come out again. I purchased the Totaltech Membership program and have been extremely happy with it and would highly recommend it. Thanks again Mitchel and Jesse for the great job.

Michael was very helpful in selecting and then exchanging both a stove top and a double oven. There were problems with both items on initial delivery and he was a big help in correcting the situation. I should also mention that there was a huge difference in the capabilities of the installers between the initial install and the replacements. The second team was much more knowledgeable and more flexible in handling several installation issues.

Brandon was so easy to talk with. He was concerned that he understood our needs and restrictions in our kitchen. He has been very accepting of our need to switch refrigerators and helped us pick it out, graciously. He has met us at our convenience and was present when we finished our financial obligation. I will certainly recommend him and the service he provides for Best Buy. You employ quite a talented young man. Thank you, Brandon.

I bought a new TV after 10 years, but did not know which tv type or brand that would work with a structured wire system. The Best Buy team came to my home and completely understood my system and needs. They took time and explained everything so I could make a cogent decision. They then ordered everything and set a date to install. In the time between receiving the pricing and giving the direction to order the TV went on sale, the price decrease was passed along to me. All parts came in on time, the installation was done perfectly and on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend using the Best Buy Home Experts.

We worked with Richard about 5 years ago and he helped set up our home theater, television, and surround-sound. He was knowledgeable, diligent, always available and engaged. When we moved, and we had the need to set up and purchase several TVs and systems, he was our go to guy and did not disappoint. always available with a smile. Don’t go to anybody else.

I enjoyed my several interactions with my home consultation specialist. She helped me to get a more definitive picture of what appliances would best suit the specifications and dimensions that I provided to her. Through these interactions I was also able to know the different features or benefits as well as disadvantages that each appliance that I had initially chosen, would provide for my future needs. I was also shown how to best maximize my purchasing dollars. Most of all, my home consultation specialist, helped reduced my stressors and anxieties in making a major appliance purchase with the knowledge she gave, so as to afforded me to make an informed purchasing decision. My only dissatisfaction, is that I was not always able to get feedback from my home consultation specialist to my texts, voice messages or email. This was at times frustrating, since I was trying to make my purchase quickly.

We needed to upgrade our video and audio experience. Derek showed us what was available that fit into our home and budget. I took this very complete proposal into the store to see and hear it for myself. I ended up making a few minor tweaks to the proposal and purchased it right there at the store. Installed it myself a couple of months ago and it is perfect. It has really enhanced our video and music experience! This would not have happened without Derek's expert advice and attention to detail. It's those little details that made all the difference (speaker mounting, power filters, wire routing, et al) and saved me time and money on the completed project.

I worked with Jon Gray regarding equipment for my home theater a year ago and had an excellent experience! I decided, after looking at the 83 inch LG OLED TV that I wanted to upgrade from my current Sony Bravia. I contacted Jon to work with him again. The reason is Jon is professional and he is very knowledgeable regarding all the home theater product lines Magnolia sells. I opted to buy the LG 83 inch TV along with the LG 70 sound bar. WOW, what a perfect combination for an excellent Audio Visual experience!! The service and installers [especially Seth] did a great job installing and calibrating the system. The LG system went well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Jon Gray in Magnolia sales if you are in the market for home theater equipment.
