    My fiancé and I felt so blessed to have approached the perfect associate for the job. Last summer our AC leaked profusely. Being so, we visited Best Buy in search of a replacement. When we approached Anthony, he was patient and knowledgeable. He offered an in home consultation. He visited, showed our dog kindness and love, identified the issue, and completed the visit in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and compassion.

    We were tired of the unpleasant experience at the movie theater and wanted to bring it home . Joe worked tirelessly and made himself available even on days off to make our dream come true . We are so thrilled with the outcome ! The picture and sound are astounding! Joe was right all along ! Go big ! Go loud ! Native 4K on this Sony is unbeatable! Thanks a million Joe!

    I can't rave enough about my recent experience with the Geek Squad. Jacob was the consultant that I worked to add ATMOS speakers to my home theater. He helped guide me through the selection and placement process. He also made sure that one of their most qualified installers was assigned to my job. Tim installed the speakers and was amazing. He took the extra time to minimize the holes required to run the wires. I doubt many technicians have the skills to pull off what he was able to accomplish. All work was done on time and as scheduled. I have rarely experienced such satisfying customer service. Thank you Jacob and Tim, you are another big reason why I love Best Buy so much.

    Needed a 27 inch microwave oven combination, i went to lowes and home depot web sit, and then went to best buy, prices seem close, but only best buy offered to come to the house and confirm the measurement and over different information on all available and when they could install...the best buy advisor was very knowledgeable and not pushy...excellent, excellant , the installation was very quick and professional and the oven combination he suggested.....thank you...i will use this service again. This is my first experience with best buy, but wont be my last....best buy needs to give a military discount

    Benjamin Abert is amazing! We built were in the process of building our house and wanted a new system for entertainment. We met him at the store and went through a few different sound systems and tv options. He had great recommendations about what to go with now and how we could easily add on speakers in the future. He came onsite during the construction process to ensure what we had spoken about in the store would work for our new home. The entire time, Ben was on top of delivery and ensuring product was available to install (pandemic shortages). He was always available to us even when he wasn’t in the store. Ben was amazing from start to finish. He never pushed one sound system or TV over another. He showed us all the options and let us make the decisions without any pressure. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none.

    I Needed a new over the stove microwave and the Consultant came out to measure the space and show us the microwaves that would fit. The FREE consultation was booked within a couple of days. At the consultation I was able to select and order the one I chose and the install date was also booked then and there. It could not have been made any easier or convenient for me. The microwave has everything I wanted on it and performs very well. Thanks Best Buy!

    After experiencing a less than knowledgeable salesman associate at another location I was fortunate to have connected with Daryl at the Moorestown Best Buy. He provided helpful insight into my kitchen appliance package items. When I encountered an issue after delivery with the refrigerator I selected, he worked hard to rectify. His responsiveness was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to return to Daryl for future appliance purchases!

    We needed help with our kitchen renovation as we were not replacing cabinets and counters. We called Jason at Best Buy and he came to our home to measure openings. He also suggested to have installer come out to confirm measurements and the appliances we selected. As with most renovations we did have set backs but Jason was there for us in the whole process. I thank him for his e optional customer service and professionalism. We could not do it by ourselves.

    Christopher Jochens truly is a "home expert," serving as a wonderful adviser for home-entertainment systems. We discussed where and how to place a television on a wall in our home. We discussed optimal size of television for various viewing distances. We discussed sound bars. We discussed optimal ways to hide the myriad of cords. By the end of our consultation, we felt confident in making Best Buy purchases of new entertainment products for our home.

    We knew the range and microwave we wanted to purchase but we were worried they might not fit in our older home. We called Ashley Glowinski the in home advisor who helped us make sure the refrigerator we wanted to purchase would fit in the space we had available. Ashley arrived and reassured us they would fit and match nicely with the refrigerator. Our kitchen looks beautiful and we thank Ashley for all her help with layout, ordering appliances and arranging delivery. The LG appliances are so easy to use and keep clean. Our kitchen really updates our older home!!

    Michael Clark is great! I've had to replace two TVs and sounds systems since December and Michael helped with both of these. His recommendations were perfect and he was patient with my endless questions learning about these new systems. After the first experience, there was no way I would have purchased my second TV without Michael's help. He's very likeable, professional, and a real asset when purchasing a TV and sound system. Great service!

    This is more of a review about the actual installation. Bill was the lead Rock Star, and Greg was his right hand man, and Co-rock star they did a FANTASTIC job installing, explaining, and demonstrating all the products they installed. Bill used flexibility, and ingenuity while explaining the different options(pros and cons) we had with our set-up, because the pre-wire by the home builders was not done correctly. The end result was much better than our original idea. Not only did Bill, and Greg install and mount 7 TVs, 4 in ceiling speakers, and theater sound system they did that all in one day! The appointment was scheduled for 1 and 1/2 days. Greg even told us of a sale Best Buy had on DVD players that week. So we took his advice and added it to our theater system. I can’t express how happy we are with everything; the installation, equipment, and professionalism, of these Geek Squad members! Thanks again, Bill and Greg!

    Purchased a new 55" OLED 4K Sony TV, Sony receiver and Blu-ray. The services provided by Magnolia in the Cary store were very much appreciated. We were given a lot of personal attention and all our questions were answered. We had some difficulties with some of the equipment, which necessitated swapping out both the original 4K LED TV to an OLED 4K model and replacing the Blu-ray ( due to the new Blu-ray developing some operational problems), However, this was all handled very professionally by Magnolia personnel. I was assured that everything would be handled to our satisfaction, which it was. I have a lot of praise for the various people we dealt with at the Cary store. They were incredibly helpful, Very knowledgeable about all the equipment, extremely patient with us and our swapping-outs and made sure, in the end, that we were completely satisfied with the end results. I would also like to mention our in-home consultant, from the Fayetteville store who made several trips out to our house, doing the initial consultation, programming our universal remote, walking us through the use of several features we were unfamiliar with. He was extremely helpful. Overall, a great experience...

    a disappointment

    We we pleased with our consultations with our home expert. We would rate him 4 stars, because, we were never told that our stainless steel refrigerator only has stainless steel on the front and a painted finish on the sides. This was quite a surprise, which I didn't realize until after the fridge was delivered and noticed when I washed the unit. Originally, we hoped to reverse the door pulls ourselves, but then decided to have an installer change them. We also decide not to have our old refrigerator hauled away. That charge should be removed from our bill. Unfortunately, Justin was on vacation and could not assist us. He did leave two contact numbers. I called each of them several times to arrange an appointment and to get a refund. They never made the appointment or refunded me. I also have questions about the finish on the sides of the door where the masking tape that was applied from the factory was adhered to the door. I would like someone to look at that. Although, we were originally happy with our experience with Best Buy, the lack of response from other representatives have tainted our feeling. Please have someone contact us to rectify these issues.

    We needed a new washer and dryer ASAP. Our sales expert Norma De Los Santos was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and she was able to help us select the perfect set for our needs. Having one person to speak to made it so easy and she was excellent about responding quickly to emails, vms and texts. Norma made the entire process so effortless and we can't thank her enough for her excellent customer service and sales expertise.

    A Challenging Install

    So my experience with the Home Expert's group was challenging. First impression was good, my original consultant was good, first stage of the installation (wiring for a new house) went okay. But then my consultant disappeared. It took me a month to reconnect with a new one. That also started out well. But as our house got delayed and it became challenging to schedule, their systems very failed them. When you delay in using product bought from Best Buy, the system 'times out' and wants to return all your product. My consultant wound up 're-purchasing' my product over and over just to 'game' the system. Then the coordination of the final install was a disaster. It went to poorly that finally they again had to 'game' the system and sent 3 dedicated installers to finish the job. Once they were there, the installers were fantastic. They helped me with some final tweeks to the system I was installing and did a very thorough and professional job. I think in fairness, doing a complete install of my complexity in a new home was a challenge for them. I blame their systems and management for the challenges that I had. In the end I have a wonderful whole house system and love it, but the path to that end was very challenging.

    We needed a wide variety of technology and appliances for our new home. Christina met with us and stayed with us every step of the way over the period of eight months. I cannot give a higher recommendation for anyone. Christina was outstanding and everything she did. From helping us make the right choice for all aspects of our purchases to helping credit our account when prices for some of our products dropped. She knows every aspect of the wide variety of products that Best Buy sells. The service she provided really made us feel like we had a personal assistant for everything we did. If you need someone to help you through the process of buying new technology and appliances, I give Christina my highest recommendation.
