Great consultant but best buy dropping the ball
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We needed double ovens and a cook top for a new house and the home expert efficiently helped with the purchase. As with many items the lead time was a bit long but still reasonable. Our only issue is with an issue with delivery of the accessory items for the cook top - we still haven't received the gas line connection we paid for even after elevating the issue to a supervisor.

Best Consultant

We felt very lucky to have a single person to contact directly. We worked with Jason Araujo who was always very helpful since Day 1. Great customer service and he was very patient with the MANY questions we had. We hope to be able to work with him in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for assistance. He definitely made the process smooth for us and walked us through everything so we knew when and what to expect with all our different deliveries and installations. Thank you, Jason!

Incomplete Consultation with a Home Expert

The other was for a TV which is not completed. Still waiting for the consultant to get back to me with ideas and photos so that I can visualize what it would look like. Still waiting for information from my consultant.
