We walked into BB to look at a new TV and soundbar system to ship home. Geordy was very helpful and obviously knew more than we did but listened to our thoughts. He took lots of time to answer our questions and help figure out what would work best in our space and satisfy our needs. He then worked to give us any discounts available. We needed to pick the items up two days later on our way to ship them home and he assured us it would be ready and it was. We put everything together at home and are quite happy with the setup
