Great Consultation...but never followed up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WE have a lot that needs to be done in a 2nd home...so I scheduled out a month a month ahead so I could be there. Right before the consultation, they canceled. I called to figure it out, and they set an appointment again, and then canceled again! Finally they got it straight and someone came out. Great ideas, easy to talk to, very helpful....but then there was no follow up. I still need the items we talked about.
