The appointment was very hard to schedule. They were booking over a month out, but I complained enough for them to squeeze me in when there was a cancellation. As for the appointment, it was nothing special. They just showed me products from the website, which I could have done myself. Also, I asked for a counter depth refrigerator and ended up with something completely too big. Don't rely on the consultants to do the measurements....lesson learned.

I love the service that i was provided. And I would recommend Best buy.

Same as previously purchased two years ago; however, half the price. Great picture. Like the Samsung setup and remote. Easy to add apps and navigate.

Happy with the recommendations, but I am unable to use the security cameras recommended without also purchasing a home base that was not included in the quote. I had to separately order the home base because Best Buy doesn’t sell it.
