    I was extremely Pleased with Christian and his knowledge of the products I purchased from Best Buy. We replaced all of the kitchen appliances and added a mounted flat screen television in the family room. Christian is very professional, polite and definitely knows how to meet the needs of his customers. I would/have already recommended Christian to a friend and I will be referring family and friends to Best Buy and Christian MacKenzie. GREAT WORKING WITH BEST BUY AND STAFF!!! Thank You, Charles David Ragland

    We were looking to replace our electric cooktop with an induction. We had brands in mind through research and discussed these with the in store advisor. We had a very nice tech visit the home twice to measure and then to install the new. This appliance did not fit! We were happy with the care and advice from the installer. we met with the store adviser and we are awaiting a new cooktop that fits. A mistake was made and we felt taken care of to make this right.

    This review probably will not be read because it's a five-star. Ed Caufield did a great job of determining what we needed to reach our goal. The technicians that stalled the equipment were good as well. The Sonos app and some of the apps on the TV are not simple to use or figure out. The Geek Squad techs that pick up the online need help. Out of the last six times, I have started a chat with them, they have disconnected me three times. You can't talk to a supervisor. They argue with me and give me grief if they can't reach me by phone. Well, can't help the phone issue. It goes to voice mail a lot. They will call me several times and the phone will still go to voice mail. I've had my phone checked.

    This was a great idea. I live in an area with poor wifi service and even worse cell service. My representative was super nice and recommended a Google Mesh system, with three devices, for my 960 sf house. He indicated that the network extender that Verison recommended would probably not make a difference to my cell service. He felt that I'd even get better wifi outside and indicated that they typically serve a 3,000 sf house. He also told me that hooking one of the devices with an ethernet cord directly to my TV would improve the level of rebuffering that I experience. Well, I bought it. I guess I will never know whether I was oversold. My TV rebuffering is much improved as promised. Don't know whether I really needed three Google units. My wifi still stinks and download and upload speeds are still "fair," and do not support wifi calling, so my cell service is still awful. My subsequent research indicates that without faster wifi, it's unlikely Google mesh will make a difference and that I should have needed fewer mesh units. Bottom line: nice guy, made a recommendation, I followed it on the spot (at a $249 cost) and I'm thinking it's possible that I was oversold and will never know for sure. My suggestion: get the consultation and rather than immediately buying any recommended solution, take a deep breath and research before buying whether it's the best solution for you. The price is the same - there's no discount for buying at the time of the consultation anyway.

    I have worked with Mr. Ramos many times in the past and he is always a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, no matter what I am looking for. I have also purchased several large items and appliances that required delivery and he made the whole process very easy. On that note, delivery has always been very good. The delivery is quick, but they are very careful, and I have never had an issue with receiving a damaged item. I look forward to working with Mr. Ramos in the future.

    Upgraded major appliances in small condo spaces

    I needed help with measuring tight spaces in my condo for 5 major appliances and also finding the right ones. Additionally, I really wanted to replace my 11.6 cu ft fridge, but was concerned a larger one wouldn't fit. With Michael's expertise, he was able to suggest a larger fridge which did fit, so I ended up buying 6 appliances. He researched brands with specific criteria I'd requested and I was able to purchase what I wanted. All fit!!

    The Best Techs at Best Buy

    Che Carr provided excellent guidance with the purchase of my Sony Bravia TV. He has an incredible knowledge of all of the products available (TVs, Amplifiers, Speakers), and the various technologies and how they all work together. The two Geek squad installation experts were just as helpful. Josh Corder and Alex Wieger were extremely efficient in setting up the TV, and then connecting it to the Denon amplifier and Bowers&Wilkens speakers I use for sound. It required them to actually go into the amplifier software and make changes to recognize the sound signal coming from the TV. All without consulting a manual. If you are going to buy a TV/Stereo/Speakers at Best Buy, I strongly recommend that you insist on talking with Che Carr, and then getting Josh and Alex to deliver and set up your system.

    Best Appliance Buying Experience Ever

    Our in-home consultation experience was excellent. The representative was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking to purchase and most importantly, was able to see our kitchen and advise us on where we may have installation difficulties and in other cases, what makes our kitchen well suited for other choices. Both kinds of information are very helpful in assessing the total cost and disruption (or lack thereof) associated with changing out major built-in appliances. He was able to measure our cabinets and describe the kinds of modifications needed to make the new built-in oven fit. He was also able to see that the dishwasher location would enable the installer to do a relatively simple installation. The best part of the in-home consultation, however, was being able to make the purchase right there in our home, seated at a table instead of standing at a point of sale location in the store for a long period of time with the distraction of others. There are lots of options and decisions for making the purchase and being able to do so sitting down in our home made the buying experience much better.

    Thomas was great with our kitchen, appliance selection. He was always patient with our indecision and helpful with providing facts and dimensions upon request. He made home visits and set up all the appointments for deliveries and inspections to the delivery. He was also very important in solving the issues that came up with the appliances and with the installations, the front end of the project with Thomas went well. Is there another survey for the backend of the installation services? I have comments for that.

    Being disabled I needed help mounting my tv on the wall. Mitchel and Jesse, from the St Cloud, MN, store came out. Thet were truly "home experts". Not only did they mount my tv, but they adjusted my surround system, located my wifi router to a better location, and asked if they could help me with anything else. I was then given their business card and told to call them if I have any other questions, concerns, or problems, and they would come out again. I purchased the Totaltech Membership program and have been extremely happy with it and would highly recommend it. Thanks again Mitchel and Jesse for the great job.

    Super great experience with at home service from Best Buy and the Geek Squad.. Tom M and his team of both sales and installers was fantastic. All fine young men with great customer service. Tom and Andrew arrived on time, helped me select 3 appliances that were in stock and priced right, scheduled installation and provided great follow up . Right from the comfort of my kitchen counter !!! Additionally they were respectful of my property and time and adhered to Covid protocols which made me feel even better. Would def use this service again. Same for the installers who were polite, explained the use of the appliances, follow up service if necessary. Completely satisfied. Give them all a raise, promotion and free lunch!!!!

    We moved into a new home and were starting completely fresh with TVs and sound. Sergei Andrew came to our home, listened to my vision, then quickly aligned that with the right products for us. He put a future-proof plan together for future upgrades. He had a fantastic vision for a future bonus room that I didn't even have on my radar yet! Perfect sizing, perfect placement, and the total tech crew did all the install within 2 weeks from the initial consult. Great experience coupled with really excellent service & expertise from Sergei.     I bought a new TV after 10 years, but did not know which tv type or brand that would work with a structured wire system. The Best Buy team came to my home and completely understood my system and needs. They took time and explained everything so I could make a cogent decision. They then ordered everything and set a date to install. In the time between receiving the pricing and giving the direction to order the TV went on sale, the price decrease was passed along to me. All parts came in on time, the installation was done perfectly and on time and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend using the Best Buy Home Experts.

    The Best Buy team member was extremely helpful in showing us what direction to head in order to improve the Internet Speed throughout our home. We went to the Roseville store and purchased the ORBI MESH i System and arranged for a technician to come to our home to install the unit. The tech and her trainee arrived on time and went right to work. She explained the process as she went along. She made sure I knew how to use the ORBI MESH System before the left. The system has been trouble free since installation.

    We are building a new home in Florida. Matt not only assisted us in choosing the right televisions and security system for our new home, he contacted the Best Buy near our future home and made all the arrangements for delivery and installation. Not being tech savvy, Matt was very patient in explaining to us what we needed. Matt also dis a home consultation with us in our Connecticut home. We would be lost without Matt. He is now our "go to" person whenever we need a product that Best Buy sells. We will definitely tell our friends and relatives about Matt and Best Buy. What we thought would be a nightmare turned out to be a very pleasant and informative experience. Thank you, Matt.

    Because I was purchasing several items, the help provided was really a good way of clarifying choices. The order was submitted for me and everything was good. Unfortunately after things went forward there were issues. I was not informed that delivery and installation would be separate. I was told to call the store. I was on hold for 1 hr and 12 min. Before I hung up. In the meantime I was trying to chat. After 40 min. Of that, I was told the system was down and they couldn’t help. Next I called customer service for general help. That person determined there was no installation scheduled. Had to set up again. I did contact my sales advisor, Adam who found the installation had been cancelled!! Why or by whom not known. Strangely that happened 1 hour after delivery, I am trying to find out if the installation kit is coming. So far, 2 people I have asked have not responded. If they can’t install because they don’t have it I will be livid. I’m tired.

    We needed to upgrade our video and audio experience. Derek showed us what was available that fit into our home and budget. I took this very complete proposal into the store to see and hear it for myself. I ended up making a few minor tweaks to the proposal and purchased it right there at the store. Installed it myself a couple of months ago and it is perfect. It has really enhanced our video and music experience! This would not have happened without Derek's expert advice and attention to detail. It's those little details that made all the difference (speaker mounting, power filters, wire routing, et al) and saved me time and money on the completed project.
