    We moved into a new home and were starting completely fresh with TVs and sound. Sergei Andrew came to our home, listened to my vision, then quickly aligned that with the right products for us. He put a future-proof plan together for future upgrades. He had a fantastic vision for a future bonus room that I didn't even have on my radar yet! Perfect sizing, perfect placement, and the total tech crew did all the install within 2 weeks from the initial consult. Great experience coupled with really excellent service & expertise from Sergei.     I Needed a new over the stove microwave and the Consultant came out to measure the space and show us the microwaves that would fit. The FREE consultation was booked within a couple of days. At the consultation I was able to select and order the one I chose and the install date was also booked then and there. It could not have been made any easier or convenient for me. The microwave has everything I wanted on it and performs very well. Thanks Best Buy!

    We needed help with our kitchen renovation as we were not replacing cabinets and counters. We called Jason at Best Buy and he came to our home to measure openings. He also suggested to have installer come out to confirm measurements and the appliances we selected. As with most renovations we did have set backs but Jason was there for us in the whole process. I thank him for his e optional customer service and professionalism. We could not do it by ourselves.

    My fiancé and I felt so blessed to have approached the perfect associate for the job. Last summer our AC leaked profusely. Being so, we visited Best Buy in search of a replacement. When we approached Anthony, he was patient and knowledgeable. He offered an in home consultation. He visited, showed our dog kindness and love, identified the issue, and completed the visit in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and compassion.

    Helped with Wi-Fi recommendation and tv for bright

    A Best Buy employee recommended that we use their free service to have a tech come to the house and check our Wi-Fi to make sure it was capable of handling all our devices and tvs. They called before they called before they came, arrived on time and were very polite. They were knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations for our space. Since I was looking to purchase a second tv for another room I placed the order through them. Of course they inquired if I wanted to purchase anything else based on the things we spoke about, but that is expected. If you actually want to have someone come to your house and tell you what will work best in the space then I would recommend. I wouldn’t have them over and waste their time if I wasn’t planning on buying anything.

    After experiencing a less than knowledgeable salesman associate at another location I was fortunate to have connected with Daryl at the Moorestown Best Buy. He provided helpful insight into my kitchen appliance package items. When I encountered an issue after delivery with the refrigerator I selected, he worked hard to rectify. His responsiveness was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to return to Daryl for future appliance purchases!

    Christopher Jochens truly is a "home expert," serving as a wonderful adviser for home-entertainment systems. We discussed where and how to place a television on a wall in our home. We discussed optimal size of television for various viewing distances. We discussed sound bars. We discussed optimal ways to hide the myriad of cords. By the end of our consultation, we felt confident in making Best Buy purchases of new entertainment products for our home.

    Rendee Slowden is a fantastic associate to work with. Her product knowledge with appliances is unmatched! As a person with multiple residences as I care for my aging parents in two states, Rendee has helped me keep their kitchen and laundry appliances in fine working condition, giving me peace of mind knowing that my family is in good hands. Even outside of appliances, she presents well researched proposals, and has helped me buy everything from a custom built workstation computer assembled by the GeekSquad, to future solutions for my A/V needs. A rare bespoke personal shopping experience from a big box store!

    I have worked with Mr. Ramos many times in the past and he is always a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, no matter what I am looking for. I have also purchased several large items and appliances that required delivery and he made the whole process very easy. On that note, delivery has always been very good. The delivery is quick, but they are very careful, and I have never had an issue with receiving a damaged item. I look forward to working with Mr. Ramos in the future.

    We were preparing for an epic football season with our family and we’re were leaving heavily on a projector to get a massive image to enjoy the games. At the local Best Buy the young man was courteous but suggested that we schedule the appointment for a free in home consultation I’d admit, it was worth it. He looked over our space, listened to all our wants, and gave us the reality of making it the experience we were describing. As it turns out he didn’t want to over sell us, he wanted us to get what we wanted and be completely satisfied. We ended up with a large screen tv and a nice sound system which saved us thousands over the projector idea. He was very easy to speak with, constant follow up and appreciative of our business. I highly recommend this service if you’re in the market for something new.

    We needed a new washer and dryer ASAP. Our sales expert Norma De Los Santos was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable about all of the products and she was able to help us select the perfect set for our needs. Having one person to speak to made it so easy and she was excellent about responding quickly to emails, vms and texts. Norma made the entire process so effortless and we can't thank her enough for her excellent customer service and sales expertise.

    Thomas was great with our kitchen, appliance selection. He was always patient with our indecision and helpful with providing facts and dimensions upon request. He made home visits and set up all the appointments for deliveries and inspections to the delivery. He was also very important in solving the issues that came up with the appliances and with the installations, the front end of the project with Thomas went well. Is there another survey for the backend of the installation services? I have comments for that.

    Michael Clark is great! I've had to replace two TVs and sounds systems since December and Michael helped with both of these. His recommendations were perfect and he was patient with my endless questions learning about these new systems. After the first experience, there was no way I would have purchased my second TV without Michael's help. He's very likeable, professional, and a real asset when purchasing a TV and sound system. Great service!

    Finally A Complete Installation

    I will break this review into 2 parts..first for the in home consultation and the second for Geek Squad installation and connection. Luke was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding the work I wanted done. The orders he created were thorough with the exception of concealing a Frame TV wire. He set up the installation appointments for me. So I would rate him a 4+ stars. Would give Geek Squad 3 starts because it took 5 visits from different Geek Squad teams to complete the installation. And calling Geek Squad for appointments was frustrating because if there is no code for the problem the details of the appointment were incorrect. I discovered this when the the Geek Squad lead called to confirm the work to be done. It was sometimes different from what actually needed to be done. Anyway, i have no problem recommending the in home consultation. Customers need perseverance to make sure the installation is completed. The Home Theater installation started in late January and was completed March 4.

    Savanah has been a huge help with everything before, during, and after our home consultation for our security cameras. She allows me to text her with questions and anything I needed changed or returned she was so flexible and relaxed about it! Her customer service skills are out of this world especially in this age of not even being able to talk to a person on the phone anymore! With Savanah I can always reach her and I have started to ask her questions about other products and a services as a result of the trust we built. It’s so nice to have a go to person for tech! Also we love our rings cameras and feel so safe now!

    We were looking to replace our electric cooktop with an induction. We had brands in mind through research and discussed these with the in store advisor. We had a very nice tech visit the home twice to measure and then to install the new. This appliance did not fit! We were happy with the care and advice from the installer. we met with the store adviser and we are awaiting a new cooktop that fits. A mistake was made and we felt taken care of to make this right.

    Excuse the length but I want to provide a thorough and fair review. And for full disclosure I have first hand experience with installing my own in-ceiling/in-wall speakers, running cable, mounting TV's, etc. so I am not a complete novice. My in home installation job consisted of hanging 2 TV's, installing outdoor patio speakers, in ceiling kitchen speakers and in ceiling bathroom speakers and setting up our home theater systems in both the living room and bedroom all with wire concealment. First, the in home consultant Steven was a 5 - knowledgeable, friendly and worked up a great deal on equipment and installation of everything. The actual installation and crew was a mix. When they arrived the first words out of the main crew leader's mouth was "we can't do this, we won't do...." and "you should have been told..." He told me that they couldn't install my in ceiling speakers because I lived in a 2 story house and the speakers were on level 1 with no attic access. He said "typical sales, they need to bring one of us on the estimate"... I pointed out that I have had this done several times in previous houses so it can be done ....he said we needed open ceiling joists or open ceilings and they wouldn't or weren't allowed to cut any sheet rock holes other than for the speakers which wouldn't allow them to run the wires as they would cross joists. One of the other installers said that 90% of all the houses they work on are 1 story... (I found that to be a suspect statement in and of itself). I pointed out that probably half the houses in the U.S. were 2 story and most are probably not new construction which would make his statements either not true or eliminate at least half of the jobs they could or would do. . When it came to the living room installation of my Bose LS650 system I was told they couldn't run the wires for the rear speakers and why didn't I just by a Sonos Arc like I did for my bedroom and eliminate the need for that. I pointed out that while that sounds great I had no intention of throwing away a $4K HT system and spend another $2k+ just for his convenience. He also said they had no speaker tracks to conceal wires on the wall as they weren't sold to me with the rest of everything else and they didn't carry that stuff on the truck (even though I would have paid for them right there). There was also grumbling about the patio speaker wires not being able to be hidden and having to drill thru the exterior wall. I pointed out that I was fine with that and didn't expect those wires to be behind the wall. I pointed out to them that ANYTHING can be done, it was just a matter of cost and what they were capable of or willing to do. After some consternation and a phone call to Steven, they came back in and started on the TV mounts and wire conceal for those. I began talking with one of the other installers and we together started coming up with solutions for the wire install (along baseboards, along outdoor molding, etc.) In the end they mounted my TV's, hooked up and connected my system in the bedroom and living room as well as getting the speakers connected outside in an acceptable way. They left the kitchen and bathroom ceiling speakers uninstalled and in the boxes. I will have to call another more detailed home theater installer to do those. BEWARE - in wall or speaker wire concealment is not part of the equation unless it runs vertically between 2 studs or they can drag the wire across an open attic to the ceiling below and any in ceiling speaker install will be impossible in an exiting 2 story home (not impossible but they won't do it). In the end I am ok with the work that was done - wires mostly hidden along moldings, baseboards, etc. I also made nice with the installers and they were for the most part very nice, professional and helpful (lead guy once we got past the "We can't, we won't, not possible..." attitude and started talking about what they "would do" or "could do"). I give it a 3 as it was a mixed bag and could have been better. I still have 2 sets of speakers that I have to call someone else out to install and even the lead guy admitted that if this were his house "here's how I would do it... we're just not allowed" So some of the experience was a 5 and some was a 1 - overall a 3.

    The Best Buy team member was extremely helpful in showing us what direction to head in order to improve the Internet Speed throughout our home. We went to the Roseville store and purchased the ORBI MESH i System and arranged for a technician to come to our home to install the unit. The tech and her trainee arrived on time and went right to work. She explained the process as she went along. She made sure I knew how to use the ORBI MESH System before the left. The system has been trouble free since installation.
