resolution. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, the delivery of our items was rescheduled not once, but twice without any communication from your end. This resulted in us waiting around all day, and to make matters worse, no one bothered to call us to inform us of the delay. We had to take the initiative to call multiple times just to get an update on the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for our time is completely unacceptable. When the items were finally delivered, we encountered further issues. The washer and dryer were installed, but instead of leaving it at that, the worker decided to spray an outdoor fogger bug killer on our floor. He claimed he thought it was a floor cleaner, but regardless of his intentions, it caused a major inconvenience and potential harm to my family. We had to open all the windows and evacuate our house for over an hour to allow the chemical smell to dissipate. This is not the kind of service we expect when paying for a professional delivery and installation. Furthermore, the fridge that was delivered was not installed properly. There was no communication regarding the water filter, despite the fact that we paid for the installation. When the delivery team arrived, they did not bring the necessary water filter and were unable to install it. And as if that wasn't enough, the fridge itself was in demo mode and not working at all. We tried contacting the help desk for assistance, but to no avail. It is absolutely unacceptable that we paid for a functioning fridge and installation, only to be left with a non-functional appliance and no resolution in sight. In order to rectify this situation, we had to take matters into our own hands and drive to our local Best Buy to demand a Geek Squad member come and address the issues we were facing. The fact that we had to go to such lengths just to receive the service we paid for is completely outrageous. We are still waiting for a resolution to these problems, and we are extremely upset and disappointed with the level of service we have received thus far. We expect immediate action to be taken to rectify these issues and provide us with the service we deserve. This includes fixing the fridge, installing the water filter as promised, and compensating us for the inconveniences and frustrations we have endured throughout this entire process. We hope for a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
