Home theater system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tech was able to confirm I could not input sound from my smart tv to my receiver due to lack of ARC capability on receiver. He was going to send me options for receivers I could purchase from Best Buy that had ARC capability but never followed through. In the end, I now know how to fix my issue, just need to do some leg work to find a receiver that will do what my existing receiver does plus needs arc capability.

If we were informed that inorder for our dvd and vhs to work on a new smart tv and needed a new expensive receiver. We were not told our old vhs would be poor quality due to not being compatible with 4K tv . We would have made different decisions

I really value having an expert come out to my house provide suggestions, recommendations, and verify that appliances, speakers, etc. will properly fit for installation in my home. I was going through a remodel of the kitchen and he really help me out tremendously! Fast forward to 3 years later and now I’m looking at upgrading my surround sound! I think the service that Best Buy provides is fantastic and I will continue to return to the store and request Julio’s help! THANK YOU

Cameras were easy to install and work well.
