Phillip Williams was very helpful and attentive to our security needs at our home. Things didn’t go smoothly with the 3rd party contractor. They left with one of our cameras 12% charged and another one not working. However Phillip always went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were resolved and took very good care of us. I was very happy with Jimmy from the geek squad who came back to our house and made sure everything was working perfectly. I will definitely reach out to Phillip again for anything else we need in the future!

A Best Buy employee recommended that we use their free service to have a tech come to the house and check our Wi-Fi to make sure it was capable of handling all our devices and tvs. They called before they called before they came, arrived on time and were very polite. They were knowledgeable and had plenty of recommendations for our space. Since I was looking to purchase a second tv for another room I placed the order through them. Of course they inquired if I wanted to purchase anything else based on the things we spoke about, but that is expected. If you actually want to have someone come to your house and tell you what will work best in the space then I would recommend. I wouldn’t have them over and waste their time if I wasn’t planning on buying anything.

We just moved to Tennessee from California we left all our tvs in California and needed new ones for our new home. We visited Best Buy in Knoxvile the floor salesman William suggested we a home visit to review our requirements and make product recommendations. Jason and Nick were very knowledgeable about products and what would work for us based on area and our wishes. We placed an order while they were there and received delivery estimate that met our needs. Product arrived on time delivered by Magnolia employees (2 very very nice employees) they spent a good part of the day installing 3 tvs, explaining in detail how to maneuver through the controls for each tv. The total experience from visiting the store through installation and follow up by Jason has been a total pleasure. I would highly recommend anyone searching for electronics who is not clear on exactly what they want to take advantage of the Best Buy in home evaluation. It will give you peace of mind in the end.

Best Buy has really stepped up there game. Talk about any easy process buying electronics and appliances. We met with Glen Balagna, our tech advisor, who showed us all Best Buy had to offer and the best systems for our needs. He came to our home, measured for our appliances and really created a pain-free process. The delivery and installation process was flawless and the crews were all consumate professionals. All that and price match (which we used once) made us feel completely confident in our purchase. I highly recommend Best Buy for any of your purchases.

I was impressed how Best Buy's Justin Westcott was able to make recommendations on how I could improve the fidelity and control of my home theater equipment. He pointed out how my speakers were very good quality but because of their size they needed more power. He recommended about a 50% increase in power and chose an appropriate amplifier that would serve this purpose. I purchased his recommendation, a DANON high end amp, and I couldn't believe the improvement it made. Justin also recommended a controller, a ROKU, that could turn my projector into a smart device. I purchased the ROKU for multimedia control and it also works beautifully. I am 100% satisfied

I needed assistance in putting together a living room tv and surround sound package. Andy was extremely helpful. He came out for an initial consultation and was available to me through every step of the process. Some changes were needed after remodeling work was completed and he facilitated the exchange of the tv for a bigger model. All of the installation techs were very professional and knowledgable, especially Sean, who went through some things with me that the first techs did not. Installation was timely.

We were in the market for a projector and we were told about the in home consultation which was free so we decided to have the Best Buy expert come and take a look at where we wanted it. The sales rep set up the date and time and the very next day we received a call from the expert who wanted to go over our concerns. Then we had the consult in the next couple days.. he came on time and answered all our questions and made the recommendations on how to connect our speakers via bluetooth which the projector didn't support directly. We could have made the order right away with him, however our store was out of stock and it would be a few weeks to get it but we wanted it sooner so we chose to go to the store which had the item available. We have since used the projector for a movie night with friends and was pleased.

I enjoyed my several interactions with my home consultation specialist. She helped me to get a more definitive picture of what appliances would best suit the specifications and dimensions that I provided to her. Through these interactions I was also able to know the different features or benefits as well as disadvantages that each appliance that I had initially chosen, would provide for my future needs. I was also shown how to best maximize my purchasing dollars. Most of all, my home consultation specialist, helped reduced my stressors and anxieties in making a major appliance purchase with the knowledge she gave, so as to afforded me to make an informed purchasing decision. My only dissatisfaction, is that I was not always able to get feedback from my home consultation specialist to my texts, voice messages or email. This was at times frustrating, since I was trying to make my purchase quickly.

Scott was excellent in consulting with us on the type of TV and soundbar. Jake and his assistant did an excellent job in installing everything. Scott even called me back to see if everything was working OK and I had a few questions. He answered most of them and then set up a return visit by Jake to go through all of the TV settings and functions again. Very helpful and very unusual to get that kind of customer care anymore.

We were preparing for an epic football season with our family and we’re were leaving heavily on a projector to get a massive image to enjoy the games. At the local Best Buy the young man was courteous but suggested that we schedule the appointment for a free in home consultation I’d admit, it was worth it. He looked over our space, listened to all our wants, and gave us the reality of making it the experience we were describing. As it turns out he didn’t want to over sell us, he wanted us to get what we wanted and be completely satisfied. We ended up with a large screen tv and a nice sound system which saved us thousands over the projector idea. He was very easy to speak with, constant follow up and appreciative of our business. I highly recommend this service if you’re in the market for something new.

The service we received from Nathaniel Edgerton and his team was outstanding. Nathaniel came our house to assist us in selecting the right equipment to upgrade our existing home theatre system. The installation team from BB arrive on time and the installation was flawless. Our new system is great.

Chris was awesome throughout the whole process. His first visit he helped us make decisions regarding what size TV, use what speakers, get rid of old equipment, and helped us order the new items we were going to need. We were very pleased that they made our old big speakers work with the TV and music. Then, a few days later, the two man install crew who came did a great job getting everything hooked up correctly and stayed to make sure that us dinosaurs understood how everything worked:) Both of them and Chris were available to call for any questions that came up. My husband and I were both very pleased!!

We are extremely pleased with our purchases, customer service and installation through BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD. All communication and follow through were superb. Terry, our consultant from the beginning was prompt, very professional and personable, answered every question and made good, useful suggestions. Benjamin, our installer was incredible. He was very considerate of our time and respectful of our home. When hit with an Internet problem on OUR end he stayed with the job until he figured out how to fix the problem and finish the job ! I fully expected him to tell us that we needed to contact our Internet Provider and that he'd return another day but NOT BENJAMIN ! I will highly recommend BEST BUY/GEEK SQUAD to anyone in need of this type of services.

Mario, was our In Home Consultant from Best Buy for our 4 x large TVs, sound system (indoor and out doors), and security cameras. Mario went far above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with product and services. He helped in so may ways to get the best product. Mario helped remove the challenges of coordinating the product and installation during a time when we were moving from Georgia to Florida into a new build (with various construction delays). WE ae very blessed to have had Mario as our Consultant from Best Buy!

For starters, I did not know that Best Buy offered this service. We were looking to upgrade/replace a washer and dryer. I had my mind set on a particular set. Alec offered to come to the home to properly measure the area. He was honest and professional. It appeared what I wanted would NOT fit in the designated area. I was stubborn and asked him to proceed with the order the anyway. Delivery day was disappointing as the new set was not going fit. I immediately contacted Alec who quickly found me a different set. He coordinated the return, new purchase and delivery. I was beyond 100 percent satisfied and will definitely use this service again for any future major appliance purchases.

I met with Mario when I needed help with making decisions on upgrading my AV setup at my apartment. I was interested in making an educated decision that would make me excited about listening to music and watching TV. Mario understood my requirements and helped me with various choices and how they stack up relative to my budget too. He was patient while I needed time to think about his recommendations. He never came across as a pushy sales guy, instead guiding me based on value and experience. I may have spent a bit more than I originally thought, but I am definitely enjoying my new setup.

Alec was great. I went with his suggestions on appliances and I am extremely happy. I will look for him in the future. He really knows his products!
