The free home consultation was a game changer. The stress of making the best decisions for our project was eliminated. Measurements were taken to ensure all appliances would fit properly and our consultant truly listened and heard our preferences. With that, our consultant provided excellent suggestions on products and features which resulted in our being very very happy with all four of our appliance choices. Best Buy has really stepped up there game. Talk about any easy process buying electronics and appliances. We met with Glen Balagna, our tech advisor, who showed us all Best Buy had to offer and the best systems for our needs. He came to our home, measured for our appliances and really created a pain-free process. The delivery and installation process was flawless and the crews were all consumate professionals. All that and price match (which we used once) made us feel completely confident in our purchase. I highly recommend Best Buy for any of your purchases.

Chris was awesome throughout the whole process. His first visit he helped us make decisions regarding what size TV, use what speakers, get rid of old equipment, and helped us order the new items we were going to need. We were very pleased that they made our old big speakers work with the TV and music. Then, a few days later, the two man install crew who came did a great job getting everything hooked up correctly and stayed to make sure that us dinosaurs understood how everything worked:) Both of them and Chris were available to call for any questions that came up. My husband and I were both very pleased!!

Phillip Williams was very helpful and attentive to our security needs at our home. Things didn’t go smoothly with the 3rd party contractor. They left with one of our cameras 12% charged and another one not working. However Phillip always went above and beyond to make sure that any issues were resolved and took very good care of us. I was very happy with Jimmy from the geek squad who came back to our house and made sure everything was working perfectly. I will definitely reach out to Phillip again for anything else we need in the future!

For starters, I did not know that Best Buy offered this service. We were looking to upgrade/replace a washer and dryer. I had my mind set on a particular set. Alec offered to come to the home to properly measure the area. He was honest and professional. It appeared what I wanted would NOT fit in the designated area. I was stubborn and asked him to proceed with the order the anyway. Delivery day was disappointing as the new set was not going fit. I immediately contacted Alec who quickly found me a different set. He coordinated the return, new purchase and delivery. I was beyond 100 percent satisfied and will definitely use this service again for any future major appliance purchases.

As a customer, I am challenged to make a consistent set of complementary good choices of AV components to form a home theater that will consistently delight me and my guests. I had the good fortune to have Nate Daniels as my IHA. We have some history with prior purchases and relevant prior conversations. We had established trust and familiarity. He gave me time to consider my choices and change them based on our ongoing conversations, providing a light touch of guidance to enable me to own and arrive at what were a good set of choices for me and my home. We ended up with several TVs being wall-mounted, moved my AV components to the basement, which created space in my living room which will enable me to better host my guests. Very friendly and well mannered, I would want my tech to come back again

Drew was great!!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I originally went into the store to purchase a range hood. I got to looking and was very interested in the 2-in-1 microwave. It also serves the purpose of the fan and also has a light. He didn’t push the most expensive one on me. As a matter of fact he recommended the one that was a little cheaper than what I was originally looking at. He got it ordered and the install set up for me. I couldn’t be happier.

I needed assistance in putting together a living room tv and surround sound package. Andy was extremely helpful. He came out for an initial consultation and was available to me through every step of the process. Some changes were needed after remodeling work was completed and he facilitated the exchange of the tv for a bigger model. All of the installation techs were very professional and knowledgable, especially Sean, who went through some things with me that the first techs did not. Installation was timely.

We wanted to update/fix our 20+ year old Bose system. Our consultant was excellent! He really knew his stuff. His recommendations were clear, helpful and turned out better than expected. He explained things we had not considered. Follow up was great. Also, our installation was excellent too! Our installer was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained the new technology and showed us how to use it, patiently. In a time when we’ve experienced quite a bit of poor customer service, this was a refreshing experience! Our Best Buy experience exceeded our expectations. Their customer service was outstanding! I highly recommend both our consultant and our technician!

From the start, Josh was by my side explaining all the pros and cons with the equipment I needed for my audio visual project. He helped me decide what was best for my area, not what was most expensive. He explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient when I did not understand something. Further, I added on numerous items as the project went forward, he very expeditiously ensured my equipment was where it needed to be for installation. As to installation, I cannot be more grateful for the help from Matt, who has been to my home numerous times as I added more projects: from installation of TVs, to replacement of speakers and control knobs, all work has been done with professionalism and care. Matt was also very patient and worked with me so I fully understood how to operate all of the equipment and remotes. I do not hesitate to recommend Josh and Matt, and Best Buy!

If you are wondering if Best Buy Total Tech program is worth the money, stop wondering. It is one of the very best programs I have ever encountered. My consultant, Derek Haygood, is knowledgeable and professional and an all-around great guy. He was able to help me design my new A/V system in a way that I could absolutely never have done myself. He also helped me realize how many other services are available to me through this program. TotalTech gives you discounts, provides protection plans, includes free delivery and professional installation and so many more things. I highly encourage people to check this out. I have friends who have used it for years and will never stop being Total Tech members because it’s so great .

We recently went through a major renovation for all of our kitchen appliances and it was rather a complex process to take on our own, especially, given the complexities of specifications and availability of various brands due to pandemic. Our in home consultant, Steve S, was a perfect solution. Steve not only is an expert at what he does but also worked closely with us on every step along the way once we agreed on a set of appliances. Needless to say, there were bumps along the way and we felt that he was tirelessly working behind the scenes to get things sorted for us while providing us transparency of the process. This was definitely the highlight of the overall experience for us!

I wanted to have my television placed on a wall mount upstairs and needed a new sound system. Ana came out to do a consultation and made a few suggestions that sounded reasonable and affordable. I went with her suggestions and when the Geek Squad came out to install everything they were incredibly helpful, very respectful, always kept me informed on how everything was going, how much longer it would take and they cleaned up after themselves. They even stayed longer to find out why my cable wasn't working and talked to the cable company for me. They taught me how to use the universal remote that I had purchased, which ended up being relatively easy to use. Just before they left they reminded me that if I needed help at any time they were just a phone call away and gave me their business cards in case I needed their help. I had a great experience with Best Buy and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I met with Mario when I needed help with making decisions on upgrading my AV setup at my apartment. I was interested in making an educated decision that would make me excited about listening to music and watching TV. Mario understood my requirements and helped me with various choices and how they stack up relative to my budget too. He was patient while I needed time to think about his recommendations. He never came across as a pushy sales guy, instead guiding me based on value and experience. I may have spent a bit more than I originally thought, but I am definitely enjoying my new setup.

Mario, was our In Home Consultant from Best Buy for our 4 x large TVs, sound system (indoor and out doors), and security cameras. Mario went far above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable with product and services. He helped in so may ways to get the best product. Mario helped remove the challenges of coordinating the product and installation during a time when we were moving from Georgia to Florida into a new build (with various construction delays). WE ae very blessed to have had Mario as our Consultant from Best Buy!
