Once the laptop was finally located after three trips to the store and time spent with customer service online, the computer, monitor, printer and accessories are all great! So was the Geek Squad member who assisted with the transfer of info and set up. The disappointment came when I received my Best Buy card bill. And could see that when the Best Buy associate rang up my computer, she returned everything on my original invoice and rebilled it all, eliminating the three certificates I had used, totaling $215 AND a $150 gift card. Thus, the bill in my card was$365 more than the original bill. Again, I spent hours on the phone with customer service and they ultimately told me I needed to go to the store to get it resolved. I went to the store and was told I needed to call customer service to resolve the issue! I asked to speak with a manager and someone with no name tag came to the front of the store and when I asked for his name, he told me it was Joe; he said I need to call Customer Service and I told him I was not leaving the store until it was resolved, and asked if we could call customer service together, and he said no! He also said he would call the Greeley Police Department to have me removed from the store!!! I am a 73 year old woman who has spent over $6000 in this store in the past 13 months, and have never been so upset regarding a purchase in my life! I was treated horribly and will not set foot in this store again. I did spend more hours on the phone with Customer Service and I believe all issues have been resolved, with the exception of an apology from the store. There are plenty of places to do business-why would I recommend that my family and friends go to this store to be treated so horribly, when the issues were with their staff and “manager Joe”? I would try to prevent anyone from such treatment!

Tech did a great job. Very thorough. Smart. Knowledgeable.
