The Best Buy team that supported us in purchasing and installing our home entertainment system were super. Kendall took the time to come to our home and counseled us in store to find the right equipment to fit our home. I can’t remember the guys name that installed but I was super impressed with his attention to detail to make sure everything was done correctly. I want to share my sincere gratitude to this team. I am very particular and this combined team worked together to make us happy. I was not thrilled with the time it took but that has nothing to do with this team. Thx again and we are so happy with the improvement to our home. And the friendliest and professional team. Again, I want to stress, I am hard to please but Kendall and the installer met all my expectations. I will always use them going forward.

I needed a consultant to help select a full suite of appliances for a small kitchen that we were renovating. Making the right choices was proving to be very difficult because of the space limitations. So I called for a consultation and Santiago Restrepo did an outstanding job - selected beautiful appliances that fit perfectly and saved me $$$. Santiago also helped to resolve a delivery problem we experienced. Professional & Excellent Service!

The Best Buy Designer was recommended to us when we went into the Best Buy store, He proved to be outstanding. We were upgrading our TV and sound system and he answered all our questions. We even traded in one TV for another when the first didn't fit as well in our TV room. The Designer arranged all of that. The Geek Squad folks, led by Gianni, were beyond wonderful; smart, careful, very knowledgeable. Overall, outstanding.

With the technology changing so rapidly, I needed assistance to update my home theater and stereo systems. The Best Buy expert analyzed what I aimed to achieve together with the layout of my home and provided a few options explaining their advantages and disadvantages. Upon my selection the expert took care of ordering the components and set an installation date. The products arrived on time and installation team did a great job installing the new speakers and components. A thorough briefing on how to use the new integrated system completed the favorable experience. An added bonus, both home experts provided their telephone numbers to call with any follow-up questions -- an offer that I've taken them up on.

After 25 years our refrigerator needed to be replaced. We went to Best Buy first, we belong to their membership plan and had a very positive experience with them before, so naturally we chose to return. We were not let down this time! The refrigerator was on back- order so it took a couple of weeks, during that time any questions were kindly answered and calls were always returned! I highly recommend them to seniors that can’t move items into their homes themselves. They delivered the item on time and were absolutely the nicest guys to deal with ever! Will use them again, DON’T think we will be disappointed!

Shoaib, assisted us in purchasing an LG washer & dryer with pedestals plus an LG refrigerator. He also assisted us in purchasing a LG TV, Samsung TV, Two Apple TV's, and Sonos Arc and Beam sound bars and a Sonos Play One remote speaker. Shoaib was fantastic to work with. He had great interpersonal skills, was extremely knowledgeable with all the products we purchased. He alone sealed the deal for us purchasing all these products from Best Buy. He is a real asset to Best Buy. When we purchase any future home products it will be from Best Buy and we will use Shoaib as our consultant.

We were shopping for a sound bar to use in our apartment now, but would sound great in the family room of our new home. Bezzle Ghent was extremely knowledgeable, provided options, but narrowed down that the Sono sound bar would provide the sound we enjoyed in a price range that was affordable! Bezzle informed us how speakers can be added as our needs in our new home are determined! Bezzle also recommended TVs, refrigerators, vacuums and other items we will need as the closing of our home gets closer. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Bezzle! We are greatly enjoying the Sono sound bar and and will be adding components when in our home. A very special “thank you” to Bezzle for his expert guidance!

Will Szczerba has been fantastic in helping us with our audio video and WiFi systems. The in-home consultation was critical in helping Will understand our needs. (I’m not sure he’d ever seen so much equipment from the 1980s.) He totally understood what we hoped to accomplish and we love everything he suggested. Will also was immensely helpful with the installation of everything. When our scheduled installer canceled he scrambled and we ended up having our favorite tech person at BB come to our rescue- Ryan (Can’t remember his last name). Ryan did both of our installation sessions. He’s terrific. We couldn’t be happier with the service or BB products.

Heather Wilson responded to my needs in a very professional and warm manner. She assisted me in selecting all kitchen appliances. During her home visit she addressed all my questions and advised me in selecting the TV. She promptly set appointments for delivery and set up. I really appreciate her professionalism in responding to my needs. I also want to express my gratitude for a great service to the delivery guys, who brought the appliances, to Geek Quad Guys who mounted the TV, they even made an instructional video for me, and to the Geek Squad guy, who set up the printer. All of them behaved professional and helpful.

We bought the eero back in early March on John Garcia’s advice. Just as we were planning the in home installation, Covid19 hit. Best Buy then stopped in home installations in the interest of safety. Fast forward to May 1: Our technician Shaun arrived (with PPE), scoped out the situation, made a minor adjustment to part of our purchase, and then worked steadily for over two hours to make sure eero was installed correctly and that all of our devices were functioning on the new mesh network. He answered all my questions. When he finished using my devices, he wiped them down with a disinfectant cloth. I really appreciated Shaun’s attention to detail and LOVE the WiFi coverage in my house. I was also glad I waited to use Best Buy to install the system. I like that they cared enough about their employees and customers to figure out a safe way to enter into people’s’ homes.

Scott was excellent in consulting with us on the type of TV and soundbar. Jake and his assistant did an excellent job in installing everything. Scott even called me back to see if everything was working OK and I had a few questions. He answered most of them and then set up a return visit by Jake to go through all of the TV settings and functions again. Very helpful and very unusual to get that kind of customer care anymore.

We visited Best Buy to purchase a TV after ours stopped working. Our sales rep kindly helped us with the TV purchase and told us about their Home Expert who could come to our home and help us with other needs. David, the Home Expert, called within a couple of days and set up an appointment. He helped us purchase a dishwasher, which we had needed to replace for five months. He listened carefully to what we wanted and NEVER once was the "pushy salesman" which we have all encountered at some point. He appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. We will definitely contact him again for future needs.

The technicians were professional, polite and personable. Their job is not Grunt Work. Aside from the technical aspect an aesthetic component should be polished up a bit more. Example: how cables are hanging. Which was the issue for a redo for me.

I recently purchased and had installed new smart systems in my home and everything worked out great. Kudos to Gabriel Dow who explained everything i needed to upgrade to the smart products and to Melvin who installed everything. They were both great to work with and did an outstanding job. I'm not a tech person so they explained everything in layman's terms for me. I cant say enough good about these 2 guys except Thank you for making this purchase/installation easy for me. I definitely will continue to upgrade my home with smart products because of my experience.

Ethan was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable, always flexible, followed through, and stayed positive and respectful. We had him design a while-house AV solution and it is fabulous. Throughout the design and install process whenever we contacted him with questions or issues he responded very quickly, and resolved all issues to our complete satisfaction. It always felt like we were his only clients, even though we know he has many. I will recommend Ethan to all of my friends, and anyone who asks for a referral for AV design. We are grateful for Ethan - he's a gem!

Dylan and everyone based out of The Woodlands TX store on the tech side are amazing. Not every store has a solid team of techs like this but this store is the perfect example of why I have shopped at Best Buy. Don’t go through the phone number as that is national call centers and they are not helpful- GO into THIS store and you will be happy.

I needed to purchase a refrigerator and was the luckiest person when Jean and afterwards Richard introduced themselves and provided the best service. They provided all the information I needed, walked me thru the process of delivery. (Even had someone come to the house, take measurements to insure a smooth delivery). Very very professional plus knowledgeable about the product.

Terry Pearson analyzed our needs perfectly. He sent a cost and item proposal which met our needs. He coordinated the installation perfectly.

Tyler and the team did an amazing job at understanding our needs and developing solutions that met our budget. We were pleased with the professionalism as well as general courtesy we received.
